    ordered on the 7th, shipped on the 18th on express. Got to Ontario, CA USA last night but it's still stuck there in the warehouse. I called UPS they said it's not showing it's missing any additional paper work and have no idea why it's not being released. So chances of getting it today, slim to none. Most likely Monday. This is excellent, combine Lenovo's inability to fulfill orders in a timely manner with UPS' inability to deliver shipments on time = a huge mess.

    Received in Maryland/US from Hong Kong 23-Jun by 11am! :D

    Now to image this thing so I can replace Fistula! (Want to be able to restore the thing to factory it in case I sell it or hand it over to someone else).

    I decided to go for the WSXGA+ (not the WUXGA) screen on it. The panel is an LG LP154W02-TL06, and looks fine (My reference was a Samsung LTN141XB-L02 panel (HP/Compaq nc6000)).

    I'm sitting here in a brightly lit room, next to a window, and am off to the side (view angle is about 45 degrees), and the screen is very readable with minimal glare.

    I'll admit that the glossy screens are brighter and look better when its on your desk, but it's nice to be able to sit outside and work on a sunny day (although I will be running an extension cord; T61p/15.4"/T8300/4GB/160GB/DVD-burner/6-cell.

    It came with a Panasonic battery. The 9 cell is available as an accessory, but not as the initial battery! :confused2:

    Finally got mine tonight. I missed UPS on Monday and Tuesday and wasn't going to take a chance tomorrow so I arranged to pick it up myself.

    So far, looks good :)
