My battery has started failing as well after almost 2 years :/ I desperately need a new battery now. The only shop that I can find that sells it is love-battery.com.. what are your experiences with this site and can I trust a company from Hong Kong?

Instead of doing that I could try to make a new battery myself.. Have any of you done that and how dangerous/hard is it to do for an fairly inexperienced person as myself?

    Hello guys,
I am experiencing something really awkward but I can't seem to find what the problem is. I have been experiencing high GPU temperatures on my LG P310 the last 2 weeks, so I dissembled the unit once more (I have done it plenty of times before) to clean up the fan. The cooler was full of dust, thus I carefully removed the dust from it and assemble the laptop back. However, this time the laptop does turn on, nothing is shown on the screen, the fan spins for 1 sec and stops, and then after 6 sec it switches itself off. When it switches off, after 2-3 seconds switches on again by itself and the same procedure is repeated again and again. At first I thought that I might have forgotten to plug in one of the cables, but unfortunately that's not the problem. Please if anyone has experienced something similar before, I would really appreciate his advise.
    Thank you

    Hey guys,
first of all sorry if this is a dumb question but I am wondering whether LG P310 can take advantage of the speeds that the new SATA III SSD hard drives can offer.
    Thanks

    I dont think so.
Just installed a Crucial M4 256GB SSD onto my LG P310. Here's some benchmarks after a fresh reinstall of vista with all patches (see attachment)

I disabled virtual memory and applied all the usual vista tweaks for SSDs as well.

Thanks in advance and best regards.

Or does anybody know if LG P1's battery works fine in P310?

Hello, thank you very much, but I have asked to that shops and the battery is out of stock. I´ve asked in a lot of them, even I´ve tried to buy but they give me the money again because they don´t have it. So I´m asking for a shop where they sell it for sure.

Thanks again and best regards :)

Have you tried kingbattery? Please note that I've never used them myself; I'm merely giving yet another option here.

Thank you, do you think it's different tó the rest for some reason?

    Thank you very much again.

I haven't seen any of the other sites report the quantity and that's about it I'm afraid. Since you have already asked a lot of shops I figured I'd check if you had exhausted this option as well, seeing as they at least list the battery as being in healthy supply.

Thank you, I´ve asked them, and firstly they told me that if I paid, they´ll send me it when they received it. But I told them that I´ll pay when they tell me that they have it and can send me it, so now I´ll have to wait.

I´ll tell news here when I have.

Thank you very much and best regards.
