    Sweet desktop EneergE, Compiz is nice but remember, if you don't have a strong enough processor then you'll have lag playing video and flash. Any chance the icon set comes in blue?

    My guess is that it's a normal terminal app that's been specified as undecorated with a fixed position in rc.xml :) . That is, if I'm correct in assuming that that's Openbox. I guess it must be because I have that exact same theme in my lovely minimalist Openbox system. :D

    The terminal is urxvt and the WM is openbox.To get it to look the one in my screenshot.Put this in the applications section of /home/{username}/.config/openbox/rc.xml

    http://pastebin.com/f113afe59

    and this in a file called .Xdefaults in your home directory

    Sure, which files would you like to get? (btw, the icons are standard oxygen, then u just add the "desaturize" effect on them in the "advanced" section of the icon configuration dialog

    What distro are you usinb by the way

    Mainly the color scheme and the names of the Qt and kwin themes, as blackbird's said. :) I didn't know KDE had an advanced icon configuration dialog. I should really look into it more.

    @blackbird:
    I think he's using Gentoo because something's being emerged.

    So I attached the colour config files, just remove the extension (vBulleting won't allow sending files w/o ext) + my favorite semi-transparent wallpaper that fits any colour scheme (just change the background of the desktop to match and put the WP on top).

    The plasma theme name is Arezzo, it's from the kde-look (I believe it shows up in the list if you click "Get more themes" from the config dialog)

    Oh, and the distro is Gentoo :) ... I'm using it on all my servers and just love the idea of total control over the system (LFS is too extreme in that sense) - keeps the system easily managable and clean. I like Sabayon too, imho a good replacement for desktops, but will keep current Gentoo till my laptop dies

    Thanks! :D

    I'm now gonna put these on my desktop. That semi-transparent wallpaper is a brilliant idea, by the way. Now I don't have to go hunting for new wallpapers everytime I change my theme. :cool:

    Thx, check out the link I posted which includes both versions, the blurred one I'm using and the in focus one.

    Thanks. I usually find my stuff by browsing other show of your desktop threads, deviantart, wallpaper competition threads and some of my own editing.

    Il post up a wallpaper pack later on which will include all those that I like and have/am using.

    No probs
