you will either have to get a 5870M heatsink (dont ask me how) or heavily modify your GTX 560M heatsink.
a 180W ac adapter would do, mine former 240W is a bit overkill, but doesnt hurt.
not really, no need to change bios.

but i am wondering of how much i can pull of this machine
i've heard the gt 685 will come with gtx 580m
does that mean this gt 683r is capable of housing that beast also?

Same performance as R5870m so it`s ok. On R6970m overclocked I got ~4000 pkt in 3dmark 11. BTW heat sink for each cards are different. For Radeon 6970m and 6990m should be used thermal solution from R5870m.
For NVIDIA 570m and 580m - cooling is the same but different from 460m and 560m.

yeah, from what i've seen so far, i thought my gtx 560m was one of the highest, i pulled it till 965mhz core clock. so what should i do if i want to put gtx 570m or 580m about the cooling solution?i have no clue at all about heatsink -___-
btw, nice, which adaptor is urs?is it from msi gt683dx?

It is possible of course, I am in the days coming actually. You need the proper heatsink though to get either the 6900 or 570/580M.
