I tried the latest one and it has the same issue, the only thing in the event log I could find related to the audio driver was:
"Software RealtekAudioControl failed installation with error 0x57 and process exit code 0x57."
    Level: Warning
    Source: DeviceSetupManager

It all seems correctly installed and the audio driver itself works fine, including Nahimic.

Extract the old driver with 7zip and install Realtrk Audio Control from the UWP folder see if that works.

I replaced the .appxBlundle in C:\Audio\9275.1\Uwp with the version included in 9257.1 and did a Full Install APO3 and now it works correctly. (The Realtek UWP app version that works for me is 1.32.260.0)

Forgot to mention that when I did a simple cut and paste the file to the UWP folder and after selected the full install, it did not work.
I had to rename it the same as the original appxbundle file and then after another full install it did work.

It is all good, I saved the .appxbundle file version that works for me and can just reuse the rename method once you publish an update.
I appreciated, but I think there is not practical to change your installer/script for 1 person who is on Desktop.

***Don't panic if the new Laptops/Systems are not in the list they will be supported they are more likely supported, install the drivers and if it works let me know your Model Number and it will get added to the list.***

    Install instructions:

    - Disconnect from the internet. (Not Required, so very Optional)

    - Reboot System and Enter BIOS/UEFI.

    - Please DISABLE SECUREBOOT in your BIOS this is now important for this new installer!

    - Once you have booted back into the OS Temporarily disable AV software (Some Anti-Virus tools might false report and delete the file!).

    - Now run the Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9279.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe Installer

    - Select either Full Install, Install Without Nahimic, Full Uninstall or Downgrade Nahimic 3.

    - Sit back and relax as the UWP's get uninstalled, the driver gets uninstalled and then your system is rebooted into test signing mode and everything is installed and your system is rebooted again!

    - Now head back into your BIOS/UEFI and Re-enable SecureBoot!!

    - Now let the system boot up fully and re-enable the internet connection. (Only if you disconnected from the internet)

    Hi Hacktrix2006.

I have a MSI GE 73VR 7RF laptop, Windows is 10 versions 21h2, but then all the work does not continue to digital signature please solve the problem!

It should be noted that when FULL INSTALL APO3, the window is automatically opened to install the digital signature, but it does not install it !!!

Disable secure boot in bios so that it can enter test sign mode to by pass cert requirement.

As the Driver is not signed full stop, have you seen the prices to get a Cert for drivers.

The Window you pointing to is what installs the drivers and the UWP files, nothing more extract the package with winrar or 7zip and look at the coding.

You can't unless you get a cert and sign the driver yourself.

All my modded drivers have been unsigned hence why secureboot needs to be disabled so the installer can reboot the system into testsign mode to install the driver that way to by pass the cert checks.

The installer also after installing the driver disables test sign mode after install to.

So you confirm that the digital certificate is not given in the Device Manager and the Realtek section?

Yes i can confirm that as them files have been moddied thus broke the cert sign, so all files that are not signed any more is the files i have edited myself to add device ID's.

Right let's clear things up as it seems your not getting what I said.

The Driver mods I make edits signed files, which then breaks them and their signature hence certain files will always show they are not signed.

So because of this I ask all users to temporary disabled Secure Boot in the UEFI Bios before running my installer.

See the installer will edit the boot database to boot the system in to test sign mod, however if secure boot is enabled it will still reboot the but switch to test sign mod will not happen as that entry is protected by Secure Boot.

So if you having issues because it will not install my drivers because "The files has been tampered" then you need to disable Secure Boot in the bios.

Else if your just worried it says its Not signed, it doesn't mean it doesn't work it just means I didn't spend hundreds of pounds for a cert to then mess about with a script that would then apply the cert in away that other couldn't abuse the cert.
