I have GE63VR 7RE Raider MSI laptop and once installed nahimic is not working (), I have tried both APO3 and APO4 (I don't know which one I should use).
Could you make it compatible? Thank you very much!!!

Also your running 7th gen so that's APO3.
Just to check that you disabled secure boot before installing as the drivers are unsigned and the script reboots into test sign mode to install them which secure boot stops from happening if enabled.
I checked both in bios and windows 11 (System Information→Secure Boot State) and secure boot is disabled.
I got the device ID using dxDiag, it is "HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_1220&SUBSYS_146211F7&REV_1000".
Just now I had installed APO4 because using APO3 gave me lag in a game. But I will try APO3 again as my cpu is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
Ok, I see that what you have done is to add the hardware id to 3 inf files, and as far as I can see it has worked because now nahimic works and I get the nahimic companion app in the taskbar.
The only "problem" is that I had to replace this folder "C:\Audio\9205.1" because the latest version available for download is Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9205.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_ZEUS.exe although the link name indicates that it is Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9250.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe.
Strange can anyone confirm please that the foldername is incorrect on latest build.
It should be c:\Audio\9250.1

- Now head back into your BIOS/UEFI and Re-enable SecureBoot!!
- Now let the system boot up fully and re-enable the internet connection. (Only if you disconnected from the internet)

Solution: run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9250.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Uninstall first before using Full Install.
Issue: Nahimic 3 updated via Windows 10 Store and no longer works.
Solution: Head into Windows 10's Store and Select the 3 Dots, followed by Settings and turn of Windows Store's Auto Application Updates,
then run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9250.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Downgrade Nahimic.
Issue: Ran Nahimic 3 Downgrade option however Nahimic 3 1.8.9.0 UWP effects are not working or its reporting the device is not upto date.
Solution: Simply run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9250.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe select Uninstall and then after its completed the Uninstall re-run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9250.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Full Install APO3 or APO4.

Solution: Simply go to Realtek Audio Console Disable and Re-enable it.

@chadkamei Here you go Download the attached patch.zip file and then head to c:\Audio\9250.1 then extract the files into the root of this directory. Once prompted to overwrite select to overwrite. After you have done this simply run the Launch.exe file and select Full Install APO3.
It would seem i left out the ID in the Nahimic 3 Extensions files.
@hacktrix2006 Thanks for maintaining the Nahimic 3 modded driver. May you add the device id: HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_1220&SUBSYS_1462DB00 to AVoluteNH3Ext.inf for your next release? I wasn't getting Nahimic effect until I made that patch.
MSI themselves did eventually have the
6.0.9215.1 driver available on their web site (probably posted it when Win11 was first released in early Oct. 2021). also have
v6.0.9244.1 as well (though this one was released early Nov. 2021). nothing newer than 9250 yet
looks like MSI has obtained a new Nahimic APO3 SWC driver (along with a new AVoluteNH3Ext.inf file) -
v3.5.0.0 posted 12/01/2021
MSI also has the Nahimic3 v1.8.9 app available on
their web site (though recently MS store has v1.8.12)

That is offical however it should simply auto update once you run that without issue as APO4 drivers aren't modified as old hardware uses APO3 still. But thanks for link i have downloaded it ready for when the next realtek audio driver is released.

speaking of Nahimic APO3, I don't know how
this guy has updated drivers with SS3/NH3 APO3 v3.5.1.0. (maybe the 3.5.1.0 nahimic apo3 driver was offered thru windows update around this time for some systems but definitely not thru ms catalog; maybe someone like OgUrecheK can check if that's offered thru WU on his or other MSI systems)
also about the APO4 4.6.2.0 driver, it's also available thru windows update for some people as noted in
this station drivers forum post

@hacktrix2006many thx for your great work ! You can add the GE76 series also on your Supported Systems list, because i use your package with an GE76 10UH Tiamat
9272.1 (from 9257.1) install correctly but the "Realtek Audio Console" it closes itself instantly after launch, reinstalled twice just to in case and the issue persist.
9257.1 was working perfectly for me, so I went back to that version.
Could you try the driver again, but when you get the crash could you check event viewer, that way I can make sure its not the HSA driver being the issue.
"Realtek Audio Console" requires an internet connection
I only get that problem sometimes where it closes itself immediately after launch because there was no working internet connection
btw, A-volute Nahimic APO4 4.6.3.0 SWC driver (w/ A-volute extension 1.2.53) recently
available from MSI (saw this driver released for some new 12th gen intel core MSI laptops)

Due to this being a Modified Driver, support will not be given via Nahimic (SteelSeries) or MSI if your having issues please post in the thread!
Please note all releases will come with VirusTotal reports so you can decide if to install the modified drivers or not based on the Results, Although the dedicated server used to create these files is VirusFree! VirusTool can pick up on false positives, but to be fully open to the community reports will now always be included.
***Don't panic if the new Laptops/Systems are not in the list they will be supported they are more likely supported, install the drivers and if it works let me know your Model Number and it will get added to the list.***
Install instructions:
- Disconnect from the internet. (Not Required, so very Optional)
- Reboot System and Enter BIOS/UEFI.
- Please DISABLE SECUREBOOT in your BIOS this is now important for this new installer!
- Once you have booted back into the OS Temporarily disable AV software (Some Anti-Virus tools might false report and delete the file!).
- Now run the Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9275.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe Installer
- Select either Full Install, Install Without Nahimic, Full Uninstall or Downgrade Nahimic 3.
- Sit back and relax as the UWP's get uninstalled, the driver gets uninstalled and then your system is rebooted into test signing mode and everything is installed and your system is rebooted again!
- Now head back into your BIOS/UEFI and Re-enable SecureBoot!!
- Now let the system boot up fully and re-enable the internet connection. (Only if you disconnected from the internet)

As i no longer have a MSI Laptop can users please report any and all issues to this forum thread so i can rectify them quickly.
Known possible bugs and fixes:
Issue: Two Nahimic Mirroring device show up in Device Manager:
Solution: run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9275.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Uninstall first before using Full Install.
Issue: Nahimic 3 updated via Windows 10 Store and no longer works.
Solution: Head into Windows 10's Store and Select the 3 Dots, followed by Settings and turn of Windows Store's Auto Application Updates,
then run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9275.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Downgrade Nahimic.
Issue: Ran Nahimic 3 Downgrade option however Nahimic 3 1.8.9.0 UWP effects are not working or its reporting the device is not upto date.
Solution: Simply run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9275.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe select Uninstall and then after its completed the Uninstall re-run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9275.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Full Install APO3 or APO4.
Issue: Jack Detection not working.
Solution: Simply go to Realtek Audio Console Disable and Re-enable it.
Issue: Microphone not working after using Nahimic Optimizer.
Solution: Click Reset inside Nahimic Settings section will fix this.
Issue: Microsoft Overwritten the installed modded driver.
Solution: Head to Settings → System → About, Now click System info then Select Advance System Settings → Hardware Tab → Driver Installation Settings, now select NO! save and reboot
the system. Then run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9275.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Full Uninstall, after it has rebooted your system re-run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9275.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Full Install.
Issue: Nahimic 3 reports its device is not compatible basically not working.
Solution: Run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9275.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Full Uninstall, after it has rebooted your system re-run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9275.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Full Install APO3 or APO4.
Issue: Sound has become muffled/suppressed/distorted.
Solution: Run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9275.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Full Uninstall, after it has rebooted your system re-run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9275.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Full Install APO3 or APO4.
Issue: I don't want the Nahimic 3 Bloatware!
Solution: Run Realtek_UAD_6.0.1.9275.1_MSI_Nahimic_UWP_mod.exe and select Install Without Nahimic
