dropping to 9% now on most things use the 10% if you can find them now..

go to casbackr to check for lots of keywords

 

yup i was right on the money with this one its now all 9%

 

I wonder if its a catch to scare people off and buy the most things before cashback is gone than it will jump to 25% to even 30% on purpose to make people spend.

 

yea of course, it's possibility to scare people off but also its a constant cycle, lower and higher for people to keep using live.com.

Also what determines if its instant cash back or a 3 month wait? the keyword or the item you buy?

I dont see why they dont just have all keywords do the same thing or add ebay as one of the live stores.

Different keywords have different values sometimes due to the fact that the keyword searching system takes a while to update. This leads to some keywords getting higher or lower % compared to others for a while, before the rest "catch up". As for instant cashback, the most logical explanation I've heard is that it's based on return policies of the seller. If no returns are allowed, you are more likely to get instant cashback.

Ok cool, the only time I got instant cash back was my camera lens, and it did have a return policy, and infact I had to return it lol...

I tried "Wii, Ipod, Atari" all those worked for 14% when I tried this morning.

 

Did paypal remove the cashback funds as well? I assume it did.

 

No, because nothing was done through paypal for the return. Im not getting a refund but just exchanging the lens for a replacement.

Or atleast trying too, I have not got the replacement yet, have to call them Monday and raise some hell and if they dont give me some answers its dispute time.

 

I love cashback. It's just amazing. I'd like to use live.com more often, but google is just way better. live looks better though with those awesome pictures.

Today, I went and bought a Razr battery for my dad's phone with the 14% Cashback and 2% eBay Bucks. I saved $0.63 in total.

Now, I find a great deal on a R/C Car I want to get, only to find the Cashback down to 8%.

 

you can only use cashback 12 times.. you know that?

 

Unless of course you open a new account (always use a different name though).

 

iim just saying it seems wasteful to use one out of 12, just to save 63 cents

 

+1 on that. I almost regret that I used it on two items just to save $5 each.

Strictly speaking it's 12 times a year. Normal cashback does not count within this 12 times, this is only for ebay cashback.

$71 base - about $6 cashback - about $1.50 ebay bucks.

Needed a pair of good bluetooth headphones to use with my phone while bike riding or walking.

I use firefox as usual it has always worked for me.

 

I think it will go up for Mother's Day weekend.

I bought a few things off ebay in the last week and I had a $200 dollar cashback coming and they paid me in full, they have been paying me the next day on them and they even say I have 2 that i'm due from buy. com and overstock .com maybe this is the end for this cashback
