I'll vouch for it, this is an excellent mouse. It's one of the few Bluetooth mice out there that isn't horribly cramped and limited to 3 buttons. So far my Razer Orochi is the only Bluetooth mouse to outdo this one.

 

They said shipping time was 1-2 weeks, but mine shipped same day UPS Ground (free S&H option of course). They shipped from OH and will be here Wednesday.

I'm glad I jump on this deal on yesterday to order this mouse for 12.00, before they took it down.

 

That's weird. Paypal just sent me an email saying Dell refunded me $12.84 (price of the mouse) but Dell sent me an email saying they'd shipped the package (be here tomorrow). I don't know what to think?

Nice, that's the one I got. Pretty good texture...incidentally, the texture of the Razer Orochi is almost identical.

No problem! It does appear to run & work a lot smoother than the MS BT 5000! Did you notice the scroll wheel isn't as "hard" to work with?

How did you guys make it work? My dad is having a tough time getting it to work. He doesn't like it when I take over and try to help him. He always says "you should be reading more books instead!"

 

Yes, the scroll is very nice then the MS BT.

all i did it said add bt mouse. i didn't use the software that came w/it and my work fine. pc have to had bt iin it or a bt dong in the usb port to recognize it.

 

Yes, it has bluetooth. It's a company laptop, so it's running win xp :| Even after he installed the CD, he said it still wouldn't work. That's about all I know. Since he is very stubborn, he wouldn't let me take a look at it.

edit: problem solved. He doesn't have bluetooth. Even though his laptop has the bluetooth symbol lite up on the outside, he has not bluetooth apparently.

 

Mine just came today. I've typically never been a fan of Dell, but I am very impressed with this mouse Super responsive and worked right out of the box with my HP. Definitely a good a deal...

 

i just got mine in the mail on friday. I noticed that there's something inside that rattles. does anyone else have that problem?

 

Mine does that a bit also ~ only if I "shake it". But then, my Glossy Red does the same thing, and works just fine..so I didn't really worry about it!

Is your mouse working properly, though? I'm curious now, to know what the rattle is.

now that i think about it.. maybe it's something that measures movement to wake up the mouse when it's sleeping?

 

Sometimes the mouse would not auto connect after I turn it off and back on. Does that ever happen to any of you guys? Is there a fix for this?

 

I think it will reconnect if you move it around.

 

Well, crud. I bought the woot wireless razers (3 of them!) this morning for $15 each. Sigh. Oh well... here's hoping the razers are a LOT better mice

 

I have had that happen to me 3 times, except that for 2 of those times it dropped the connection while I was using the mouse, and I had to forget the device and repair it with my laptop. I have no idea if it's because I have 3 other bluetooth devices near my laptop, or if it was windows 7 just being weird, but ever since then (which was like 3 weeks ago) I have had no problem.

Have you tried checking the batteries?

 

Well, since the batteries came with the mouse, I'm going to take a wild guess and say that the battery is not the problem. Also, every time I turn the mouse off, while my laptop is active, it does not auto connect at all. It's starting to really me off. Are all bluetooth gadgets like this? This is my first time using anything with bluetooth lol If the mouse would just auto connect like it's supposed to...that would be super awesome.
