    Hi Jg0987, many coupons doesnt seem to work on the dell website.....I donno why....but, the coupons are genuine and has not been used. So, you can call Dell support to force the coupon on to your purchase or ask them for rebate or gift cards. Thats what I did when I ordered my Dell XPS 1210.
