This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    HP and Bing resolved my 25% cashback and it is back in my account, which was $220.

    It took a while and a few levels of HP customer service. You cant really expect the first line people to have any power to give money back, just process paperwork.

    It wasnt all that much of a hassle. There was some confusion because HP only offered the 25% cashback on the 18th but Bing left it up the morning of the 19th. I ordered the night of the 18th at like 8:45 PST, which is almost midnight EST, and my confirmation was delivered on the 19th. I think this may have been the original cause of confusion on my order.
