ever hear of a universal remote? you have like 5 remotes sitting there, maybe six, i can't tell if there is another one or not.

 

You have that barrier thing under your desk. It must be hell to have some cables fall off, or install some new thing. I know from firsthand experience.

why do people need to be using more than one computer in the same place at the same time?

 

no idea, but i'd probably do the same thing if i had another computer or two.

 

Maybe they just have it on to show it off?

 

Maybe they do different things on different computers? Maybe their desktops, are also their workspace (for the kind of work they do for a living)?

Yeah, but the good thing is you won't see any cables . You have the same desk ? or your in the same situation.

 

You'll need lots of social and business connections. Some companies in my country, I knew and supported from when they had only a few people (4-5) with a small shop, now most of them have 4-5 big showrooms with over 100 employees and they become valuable information sources for my job.
FIY: I don't have any degree or certification of IT, my study is all about diplomatic (political stuff) and foreign study.

Same situation, different desk. Thing is though, I have my computer elevated on a shelf that is attached to the desk, so I see cables anyway, lol. My setup is somewhere in this thread; I might reupload.

That room is more like 3 years old..not 8 months..

Oh yea, been for some time, so far my best round has been a 70 but as of late been surfing around the low 80's, no time for practice. Been playing around with my new Gibson Les Paul

Thanks but luck had something to do with it, I remember on a par 5 during that round went for the green in 2, my shot was headed out of bounds then hit a tree about 15-20 yards deep and came back out onto the fairway, chipped up and got a birdie, it was one of those rounds. Got to love golf, no matter how bad your round was there is always that 1 shot you look back on that actually was good.

 

I am also looking for a new chair, that one has almost no cushion left to it. Guess I will be looking for that comfort zone soon.

I'm looking for something antiquey to go with my desk, and that is really comfy. And, perhaps I'm being to fussy, but I want something I'm going to be happy with.

I've been checking the local Antique & retro shops to no avail!

what config is your Alienware desktop?

 

1 fluffy one + 1 large blanket = 1 comfortable chair

My desktop is an older (2 years in puter age) Aurora 7500 Athlon 64 x2 6000+, bringng it back to life, just added some Ram, a new HD and currently looking to upgrade that 7950 GT to a GTX 280.

My laptop kills it at the moment, but the upgrades should give it a fighting chance.

 

On the chair: My thinking exactly. I actually have 2 small throw pillows and a chenille blanket, on my current desk chair!

Yeah that's a nice desktop computer! I think we can never have enough electronic *gadgets*!!

Boo!! ive owned dozens of computers/TV's/displays.right from 5 inch up to my old 62 inch plasma, even 62 inches is small for me now

I have a 1080P front projector ,well over 100 inchs that I hook up everything to,Laptop,computers,consoles,blu ray player,ps3,HD sat box.

Heres my old setup 125 inch diag... now I'm only working with 110 inches cause current wall is much smaller

 

Mine hasn't changed too much, but I hope to get a new desk (still looking for one that fits style) and build a computer this year
