Didnt get a chance to straighten up as much as I wanted to, but here it is. And for the record, thats my wife's laptop bag on the floor there!!

 

lol it's a nice PINK bag. the room is very uni-. Nice set up and the Apple monitor is beautiful.

 

Ha! Yeah, she's really in to the pink thing, since she lost her best friend to breast cancer a few years back. I got her that for Christmas - its a pink ribbon bag. Thanks for the compliments too - thats not a monitor though, its a 20" iMac

oh its the SZ thats duller, ok i like new vaio TT but MAN its way too expensive and they should have a dedicated GPU

Everyone here has some very very nice setups and computers, it makes me jealous especially the people with more then one laptop and gaming desktop, since i don't have a gaming desktop or laptop YET! hopefully i get one sooner or later, but there are things i really need first. Anyways Nice Setups Everyone!

I have a secret I would like to share now I LOVE looking at other peoples setups - its so naughty and vouyeristic lol

Actually I am remodelling the house at the moment and spend a lot of time looking at interiors (I adore mid century modern ) So excuse the mess here is my current 'setup' - my 'desk' is an old late 60's dining table that needs some TLC, but it works for now until I get something a bit more MCM for my 'office' area. I have moved away from my previous getup of gaming PC rig, lots of black and stainless and am now moving more towards style. (not that you can tell from these images!

Thats my Vostro hooked up to the 22" running Windows 7, and the TT with Vista. (The Vostro runs WoW on the external monitor at native 22" resolution at an average of 45-60fps..minus the shadows..hehe) The Vostro spends all its time hooked up externally and on the cooler - although it has ventured elsewhere from time to time. The Vaio goes everywhere with me

thanks, all of the accessories except the cooler and mouse are from HP, so they all match up pretty well, except that they have a black version of my printer that i didnt know about. i got all those accessories for free too, since they sent me a defective laptop originally.

i meant the MS5000 mouse. have you ever heard of it?

Now time for my messy/crappy wobbly/ old desktop desk....

First up, fabulous view of the whole setup... Look at all those ugly wires on the side!


The ghetto 6yrs old desktop, with above an Modem connected to my Asus wireless router, which unfortunately doesn't send out wireless signal.....


My fabulous ghetto 4yrs old cheap Microsoft keyboard ($18 plus tax!) that replaced my logitech wireless keyboard.


My workspace... If i had any....

I promised that I would have some new pictures of my setup but school and my moms latest injury (broken arm) have been part of my top priority.

Here is my laptop(specs in sig) with my logitech vx nano mouse

So i can have the other speaker on the desk (sucks how it is at the moment for stereo imaging), and have both the M-Audio keyboard and computer keyboard at the same time :lol:

Yes, it looks like you could use a bit more room. A corner desk might work, or even an added credenza. Look around at home, maybe you can find something that will help, with the added space you need

I recently moved a shelving unit of sorts from my basement up into my room and that's really helped out alot. Have just been too lazy to clean it up for pics haha

Well, according to the ones in charge they'd rather I didnt get a desk there because they dont want to get rid of the wooden one, and as I'm off to uni (finally, 2 years later than normal heh) they reckon they wont have use for it when i bugger off, and I dont know yet if i will have room for it where I go to uni.

As a temporary solution i'm thinking some speaker stands to get the speakers in an OK position, seems there isnt much I can do about the keyboard thing though

 

I have same leptop as you, desagin is the same but I have finger print and t7250 2.00GHz and 3GB ram... Use it at school... Im going to post screenshots soon I have cleaned up things here
And I have same mouse as you, Logitech VX nano x2 one to Qomsio gaming and another for DV2699eo special edition
I realy love it, is the best one I have used.

Aaah. I understand. Speaker stands might work..Sometimes, when you improvise with what you have ~ it turns' out simply the best!

In uni accommodation just now hence the basic desk! Probably getting my own place soon so it will be changed

Oh and my camera usually sits by the external...

 

It's not bad for what you have to work with...I bet once you get into your own place, you will be able to manage all the *wires* much better!
