Here is my new setup:
I went on a shopping spree at IKEA as a Christmas present for myself, and I bought a number of pieces from the Expedit series: two 4x4 bookcases, two 2x4 bookcases, and the wider coffee table. All of these are in my 2nd bedroom, which serves as my study. The laptop on the coffee table is a Lenovo ThinkPad X201. -

Did some work to mine, no new pictures but nothing really new to see just more organized and slightly adjusted from before.
The new toy is a triple monitor stand so I have room under the side monitors now and they are raised up higher.

It would be nice if you could film some gaming action with those 3 monitors to give "1 monitor people" like me an idea how its like -

Dont have many videos recorded from a camera because I do not have a quality camera. I have quite a few fraps videos though.
Here is one of the camera ones:
YouTube - Dirt 2 - HD Eyefinity footage w/ Bezel Compensation
You can find a few more and the fraps videos on my channel:

@ nx3nty
I have the same screen as youDo you also have a distorted video images when using a hdmi cable or is that just me?
Imagine your screen having an image like this:

When I watch a video and the camera moves horizontally in a fast way I get this image:

SO in the middle it seems that my monitor can't keep up with the speed. I don't seem to have this with vga (or not so obvious at least). -
The biggest monitor setup I seen was recent. It had 29 LCD panels in a nice arc around the user. It was a master control room for a cement plant. I took a picture but am not sure about posting it in case they don't want it publicly posted. It was impressive to say the least.

I don't know about anybody else, but watching Dirt 2 on Vicious's setup was starting to play tricks with my eyes near the end there.
I could probably play an FPS game on a setup like that, but incredibly fast racing games mess with my head for some reason, especially if they're as surrounding as that. -

when your sitting in the seat you only see the center monitor really and the 2 side monitors just fill your peripheral vision and immerse you in the game, so you do not notice the extra fov or have it play tricks on your eyes. -

Man....seeing your setup makes me want to consider some extra monitors Vicious
My CF 5870s should be able to take it in most games as long as I do not get carried away with the resolutions. Would probably go 3x 1680x1050 or maybe 1080p. Not 3x 1920x1200 though, they are getting too spendy -

Just my single 5870 handles most games maxed. CF 5870 is nice though, be sure to get 2GB versions the 1GB is the real limit at that resolution, frame buffer fills too easy.

Looks like you must have a nice PSU
nice build you have there.

Thanks! Ya it is considered one of the best desktop power supplies available. Period.
It is more than I need but was sort of an "upgrade and forget about it" for me. It can handle 3 of the top gpus on the market just fine with room for overclocking
And as it would turn out, I made one very slight change from what is seen above, I now have the EK backplates on the 5870s instead of the original reference cooler ones. Looks a little better now -
EDIT: Like this, where I have a 1505FP on both sides of the 2001FP:

, I shot that picture during the FOX blitz as I caught it when my screen saver came on. My original post kept getting deleted due to having the Glee GQ covershoot on my desktop. So this will have to do.
And Picture resized, the right 2007fp might get moved to the left side but I have to clean off my desk and arrange the screens. Also, i'm at the limit of dvi ports on my sli setup. A pair of GTX's is powering the 3008wfp and one 2007fp, the other two are powered by my third gtx which doubles as a dedicated physx processor. When I enabled all GTX's to drive the 3008wfp all 2007fp's go offline. I am waiting to upgrade to dual or tri-fire 6970's so I can power most LCD's with one card. -
Roliath, don't forget the a30's

So, today, massive cleanup at our house. Dad was like "Joel, come help me put this in the trailer" I was like, "but Daddddd, I'm gamingggg!" Lucky I did get up. He was going to throw a perfectly good dining room table away!!
I was like, NO don't throw that away, I'll have it for my room! Instead of the big ugly desk, and it took an arm twisting but he finally agreed, long story short, I got a new desk...
The colour fits in great with my room too, most of my furniture are dark. (Wow, my phone took a decent picture for once, that's because I changed the White Balance, which was set to "Sunny" it was clearly not sunny in there, far from it, dark.
