Nice. Very clean and modern setup. I like it. I'd put the shoes outside or somewhere else though.

Is that the 22" or 24" Gateway Monitor? I have the 24" and love it (had 2 for a while but couldn't justify the 2nd and sold it haha)

It's the 24" - I've had it for a few years now. I've thought about replacing it a number times with an IPS panel but I figure it does the job for now! I'm pretty happy with it until I can afford to upgrade to either a dell 30" or apple display.

Ya I love my 24" too. Nothing at all has made me want to upgrade. I also see nothing but a 30" as a worth upgrade haha, and at $1100 a pop for a good one, this keeps me plenty happy!

    Monitors: KRK RP6
    Subwoofer: KRK 10S

I decided to save up and go big rather than opt for some Logitech's... Couldn't be happier. The monitors are wonderful and the sub has enough power to produce the low range I love when listening to music, with plenty of power to spare!

I see two sets of of those KRKs in my future. one set in my computer room, the other in my studio. I should have my studio finished come this spring and those speakers will fill the bill for sure. acutally its a guitar room, I am a gear and have 20 guitars, and im building amps too. I have a mac mini down there so these will work great with that.

Not really considering they are self powered, so no amp cost.

This means they are more limited too since you cant change the amp and/or if the internal amp dies they are kinda dead speakers.

Most people that want self powered monitors looking for SQ seem to go with the AE5's

Amazon.com: Audioengine A5 Powered Multimedia Speaker System (Black): Electronics

Not saying they are better, just the most common choice I see.

I see these a lot too

    http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/StudiophileBX5aDeluxe.html

Personally I always get unpowered speakers so I can choose my own amp and swap parts & upgrade as needed.

Oh yeah, I love wires! That's why I've got a PC afterall. The wired mess is so delicious! :p

And that's Flight Simulator X, it's a good sim, although it can be a little buggy at times.

Heh its nice, but once you have 3 of them its even better :D

I miss the 37" as my main monitor though, so I imagine those who droped the big money on 30" 2650x1600 monitors feel the same way as a 24" owner does looking at 17" or 15" screens.

I know a few guys with 3x30" but I think thats a bad idea its just too big and too many pixels to push for a good gaming experience.

I've turned my room into an office :) Took out my bed, who needs one anyways... it's now my home office/entertainment room!!

I'm still debating whether when I get my new monitor on Saturday if I keep my current one as well for a dual-monitor setup or just have the new one... Hmm.

Ha, I just realized the router isn't even on! BTW, sorry for bad quality, this is taken on my N95...

Yay update just won a Ergotech triple monitor stand for my monitors :D

    http://www.mountedconcepts.com/ergotech-triple-stand-100-d16-b03.html

This means cable management time and new setup pics heheheheehe.

I can finally fit my speakers under the monitors now where the stands used to be, and while I have the whole setup taken down to install the new stand I am going to try to manage the rats nest of wires some.

I never use 5.1 anymore only 2.1 so thinking of removing my center speaker totally to gain additional desk space.

Yeah thats why I never bought one. But it has to be well made to hold 3x 24" monitors and not give way, Its worth the money for sure. Being able to tilt your monitors and stuff, you cant do that when they are on there own independent stands if you have them angled since they wont tilt on the same axis.

Just a matter of having the money/desire to get it.

I'll known here shortly just how much it upgrades the setup and if I would have felt it worth the purchase had I spent my own money on it.

No where else to put it, it's out of the way, easy access because it has no doors on it. It's getting a new house very soon, behind my desk, on the draws you may see in the photo above.
