    Hi,

I want to upgrade the memory of my NX69 and also swap the harddisk for a SSD. Problem is that I can't figure out how to open my laptop. I can managed to let all the latches release, but the bottom lid still won't come off.

I've been looking for screws hidden under stickers, but there aren't any.

Does anybody have a tip how i can get to the hdd and memory? Do i have to get there via the keyboard maybe?

Packard Bell is refusing to send me a service manual, despite me asking a lots of times... (seems service =  )

Thanks for any information you might have!!

I think you can have a couple of screews below the keyboard. You need to remove it first. I have also packard bell laptop and when i want to upgrade a cpu i need to disassembly whole laptop. There is no service hatch to access cpu and the heating in mine. Maybe with yours is the same.
