    Hi all,

    I have been having problems with my TJ74 that I hope you can help me with.

    The problem is that my laptop seems only to turn on when it has been running for a while and warmed up. Basically if the laptop has been turned off overnight, the next morning when I turn it on I hear the fans turn on but the screen stays blank. If I keep turning it on and off nothing else happens. However if I leave it turned on for say, 20 mins and then turn it off and on again it works :/ Very confused as to what could be causing this.

    Also the laptop can sometimes randomly crash, sometimes with just a white screen or vertical strips.

    Any advice or suggestions would be great!
