Ok you other forum members. This is a new thread. Probably posted in the wrong manner in the wrong place, but bear with me. Im new to computers and brand new to laptops.
I have an HP vecra desktop, ex corporate, adequate for my needs. I have A Lexmarl colour printer wither photocopier and scanner.
I recently purchased a used Packard Bell Easynote VX on ebay. I can hear some of you groaning already.
Unfortuately the DVD rive is jammed stuck. I tried all ways to open it, without success. Last night I noticed the drive was half open by itself. I pulled it fully open and loaded a DVD and closed the DVD drive. Windows Media wasn't set up properly to play it so I pushed the button to eject the DVD. Supprise supprise it was jammed shut again. Whats the matter wi6th it? Have I bought someone elses proplem? Could I fix it?
Any help from this forum would be appreciated.
    Thank you in advance

Obviously, make sure there's nothing blocking the webcam. If you can't find it's location on your computer, try finding it with the search tool, or read the manual that came with the laptop. If none of that works, find the webpage for your specific model and get some info there, or contact Packard Bell support.
