    Hi Guys;
    I am using Packardbell en tk85,i wanna recovery,i am booting pc from recovery dvd ,but i am cannot click/use this option:
    Restore system to factory default is completely in recovery menu,
    this button passive :(

    I am try remove hdd partitions and reformat hdd with Diskpart,but ,

    i failed,
    could you help me please? :eek:

    Did you enable D2D recovery in bios?? Mine have option to disable it. Maybe yours its disabled also?
