    About a month ago I used the schematic to break down a CF-18 for a customer, so we could replace the usb ports. Now I can't access the pdf from any of the links in the thread, could someone please email it to me ([email protected])? I can't get this thing back together correctly and the customer needs it back...

    Look on page 19, you should be able to get your info from that schematic along with the exploded views elsewhere in the manual.

    BTW, im planning to build my own board to get both rs232 and USB. I will be installing a nice USB port onboard allowing me to swap devices if needed... Not sure what ill use the RS232 port for yet...

    still working on the board and im almost done... It will have a dip switch to leave power on constantly or utilize the BT on signal to turn power on.
    Now im questionning if i should just solder the connections to the board or if i should find a ribbon cable that i can use to connect my board to. The pins are quite small and it seems hard to solder onto (Any tips on that?)

    Anyone know what type of ribbon is used on cn16? I know its a 50 Pin, just not sure of the spacing...
