This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    To steer this back,
    The keyboard issue does sound like software. I can't imagine what would disable the keyboard...Even with the on screen keyboard, the mechanical one should still work..

    Haha I love this thread!!! On my CF-19 at work right now. It is almost like a virus or memory issue. It keeps becoming unresponsive on the keyboard. Hummm so likely it is some MS update LOL! The CF-30 was fine all weekend, after doing some updates... It has to be a wonky software issue. Oddly, the CF-19 has anti-virus, the CF-30 doesn't.
