Wow you make it sound so hi-tech. I have been round some of those factories and you realize there is just a guy being paid US$10 a day with pile of m2sata cards in front of him that is paid to install 1,000 units a day.

I understand what you're saying, but other than the one email about the ship date being pushed back and the other one about the free mouse there has been zero communication from Razer about the constantly changing ship dates. I have to log into my order page to see if the date has changed, and if it does there's no notification or explanation at all. I know they're a small company, but a little transparency would go a long way in reassuring their customers, especially considering the price they are asking for these devices. I guess some of us just have different standards.

I used to have the Haswell XPS 15. I wouldn't recommend it. Terrible trackpad even after the fixes, issues with the GPU and full-screen programs (like games), cooling problems in anything other than ideal scenarios, and a mediocre keyboard don't really help. I hope the new Blade will be better.

I rang the Razer Support and they kinda ignored my question about the 512gb version. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then they said that they had no information on that. That is an utter disgrace in my opinion.

Seriously, this is getting fking ridiculous.... another delay? Razer has been holding that 3k of mine as a short term loan since the announcement.... They don't tell us whats going on and subtly change our dates online, no email nothing.
This is fking stupid.

My guess is, that, since a few orders placed on the first week have been delivered, they're running about 6-8 weeks on delivery rather than 3-4. Fully expecting my order to ship early-mid June at the earliest. Not gonna keep getting upset every week it gets pushed back without a word from Razer.
All orders placed on the first week haven't even been shipped, at this rate, even early June on orders placed in April seem like a very optimistic date. -

I have been back and forth with Customer service for a week now and They have been nothing but awesome and prompt with their replies. Are you sure you all who are having problems are being respectful? Say your please and thank you's. They can not control if your order is held up in customs or whatever reason it is. They are just doing their job. My experience has been they are doing a great job given the circumstances.

I believe I was nice to them. I know they have no control over anything and just are trying to help anyone. Perhaps they really are just getting swamped at this point. I could see it wearing on a person after answering a bunch of the same questions over and over with varying degrees of politeness.

Perhaps I am missing the meaning of great job. Is it a great job when a company has literally sent me 3 CSR responses including an equally vague verbal response that just says sorry please check your order for when it will ship? We all know our orders just say things like Order Processing or Order Submitted.
I don't know what sort of stockholme syndrome you have developed with them but I assure you just because someone is not directly responsible does not mean it is okay for a company to just have a ty public relations plan.
I wish there was something we could start on their facebook page or Twitter to force them to acknowledge or address this publically. -
They told me 5/23 worst case when I ordered. I'll call them up if I have nothing by Monday 5/26

Just got this little email from orders after I sent this in.. "I heard you will be getting a fulfillment this week, is this true? If not, can you please. Please. Give me ETA for your next warehouse fulfillment? Specifically the 256GB models. And when will the next shipping day be?"

I ended up cancelling my order and purchasing a rmbp 13. For the $3800 i'll save I can afford both the mac and to upgrade my desktop to godly specs.
The Razer looks like a great device, but the delays, lack of reviews, the customer experience and the price ended up being all a little bit too negative for me. The rmbp will still run league, hearthstone etc and is probably more suitable for work (because of battery life, size). The upgraded desktop will hammer through new titles for at least the next year or two.

So, LISTEN UP! All of you who have received your laptops; please pack them back up and return them to Razer, RIGHT NOW, as they have not actually been released yet. Send them back to Razer and as soon as the product is released and available to the public, they will be sent back to you (although they may be delayed at that time)... -

I sent Razer CS an email inquiring about my ship date on the 512gb version 3 days ago and have yet to get a response. That's not quite what I would call a great job. I put in my pre order on March 12th, only a few hours after the announcement and I am still getting my ship date pushed back. At this point I would be willing to accept a 256gb version if it would get me a system sooner.

I just got off the phone with Razer Support, and what had originally be planned for a ship date of today, got pushed back to May 9th. I had ordered on March 31, for those of you who are wondering (256 gb model).
Are you all having the same issues? Did any of you get the voucher for the orochi mouse? I did not get an email for one.
This is getting more and more frustrating, and am getting close to cancelling my order and just getting a mac pro and dealing with a worse graphics card, because I leave college for an internship soon. -
I also rang the Razer CS and the person I spoke to said that 9th May is 100% confirmed for shipping the 512gb version. I am not too confident though considering that was said to me before about this week. Well lets wait and see I guess.
