    I ordered through Razor website on 4/4. The thing that is unsettling to me is why have some received the "apology" email and some have not.

    Probably because of the timing bracket to which you agreed when you were placing your order for a "pre-order item".
    It clearly states the following : " Available for Pre-order. Ships in 3-4 weeks. "
    I think you will receive their apology if your Blade would not ship within the next 4 weeks. Just my 2c ...

    I didn't receive any emails so I emailed them. Sent me the orochi notice right afterwards. Then an email saying:

    " Thanks for contacting Razer Support. With the delays were having, it can be many factors. I am not fully aware of the whole reason why it is being delayed, since its happening between the manufacturer and the shipping being fulfilled to our warehouse. Again, were sorry for the inconvenience, but if your familiar with launches this is unavoidable. If your order has been delayed from the 16th to the 23rd, you should of received an email from us informing you of the delay. Please let us know if you have any other questions in a reply to this e-mail, and have a great day.

    Razer Support Team"

    I called razer the other day to ask what the deal on the delay was and they said they had an issue with customs. They also said I should be getting a code for the mouse in my email(still haven't gotten it). He told me they don't send the emails out all at once. If I don't get one, I'll just call back and tell them a rep told me I would be, which will probably settle it. Also I preordered on 4/5.

    I just purchase the 512 GB on amazon today. I got an estimated delivery day of June 4 to June 24. I am hoping it will come sooner than later as I am leaving for school during that time frame but one can only hope.

    Should i call them? i'm eagarly wating for the email and laptop.

    You could call, or just give it a few more days. My order for the 128 was 4 days after yours but I did just get an email from then a couple days ago. Did you check any spam or junk mail folders for it by chance?

    I'd definitely email them if you have nothing. I did and got my mouse voucher notice. Not sure if you'll guaranteed get it if you say nothing.

    I just ordered my Blade 14; I live in Singapore. According to their shipping guide, their warehouses accept shipping orders for the day until '8pm SGT' - does this mean their warehouses are in Singapore? And furthermore, the only shipping choice I had was 'next-day shipping' - this could cut down on the delays in customs and yadda yadda. If I receive mine within the week, I'll update you guys and on the Owners' Lounge. And then I'll try to run benchmarks and stuff to see how hot it gets - that seems to be an issue here.

    Well if some 128s and 256s ship on 4/23 that's not bad. I figured 512s would most likely be delayed or slowly released considering the the lack of 512GB m.2 cards even available on market. I wouldn't necessarily hate being a week behind the first wave, considering half the people here believe it will burst into flames upon booting .

    Dang it. It says 29/4/2014 on mine (128GB) as well. Well, it's about a week's wait, and since I ordered just yesterday, I can't complain. Hope the guys who ordered in March get it and do some decent reviews. It'd also be great if someone was willing enough to do a teardown.

    Ordered my 256gb on 3/12. Release date still 4/23 for me!

    As aggravating as this wait is, the only other laptop I'd consider is the Ghost Pro which also hasn't been released yet....so it's a race!

    Just checked mine and it still says 4/23. If it gets pushed to 4/29, I might have to cancel because last time I called they said I couldn't change the shipping speed or anything on the order. I would have to change my shipping address so if I can't change that then I am screwed :(

    you might be able to change the shipping date? I'm not sure during one of my emails with them they made it sound like the date might be changeable. But I'm in the same boat as you, if they don't ship soon I am going to have to cancel.
