    Seriously? You ordered a 512 GB on 4/25 and you already have it? Did you do anything special to get them to ship your sooner, like pester CS or server Min with legal papers? I'm still waiting... I ordered a 512 on 4/6. Really starting to hate Razer.

    guys, quick question: right now i'm looking at razer store and see that 256GB is listed as available (128 and 512 version are with 3-4 weeks shipment information). Is this mean that 256 model is really in stock and we can buy it right away? Can anyone verify this somehow? Thanks!

    Like someone else said, might be held up due to your other item's availability. If you call and complain maybe they will split it into two shipments.

    Nope, the 512 GB Razer Blade is all I ordered on 4/6. There is no other item to hold up my order. I could understand if maybe we were in different countries with different release dates and different inventories to fulfill from. But you are N.Y.C. right? I'm in SFO area.

    I'm guessing someone at Razer screwed up and fulfilled a bunch of 512 orders, out of order.

    SOOOO disappointed with Razer.

    My 256GB model arrived yesterday and shipped out on Wednesday. I didn't get the shipping notification until 6 hours before it arrived and they didn't take payment until after midnight today.

    Can anyone who ordered the Microsoft Complete warranty package with their blade chime in? I keep seeing people mention a 3-year warranty but the only version I've been able to find is the 2 year offered on the website (And the CS rep I spoke with only saw a 2 year version for the blade).

    Hi all, I am in the UK, ordered 256gb Blade beginning of last week, added the diamond thermal paste and windows 8.1 pro for work connectivity and am sad that it is presently sitting in the local Fedex depot lonely on a shelf awaiting delivery to its new home tomorrow!!! Not bad given it shipped on Friday.

    Very excited!!!

    has anyone who ordered the 128 gb get there laptop yet? or when it will ship? i placed my order on 5/01 and only got an email stating it was on back order til the 5/23

    how does the accidental work for MS? if anything happens to the laptop in the two years, they replace it?

    It looks like as long as it does not get stolen or obviously intentionally destroyed in some way that the MS warranty would cover it. Biggest protections are to spills on the keyboard, soaking in and dropping it and cracking the glass screen.

    Ordered my 512 GB version yesterday.

    When did pre-orders end? When should my back-order ship?

    I know some people ordered almost a month or more ago and are just now getting shipment notifications, but didn't pre-orders end only a few days ago?

    Something you don't need. Thermal paste for the processor.

    Razer laptops will already, no doubt, use the best possible thermal paste.
    Some people on here think it's a good idea to remove the thermal paste that is already there to apply their own.
    In reality, breaking the original seal will make it much, much worse, even with Diamond thermal paste.

    All in all, it's a bad idea to remove the existing thermal paste to apply your own. Very bad.

    i ordered mine on 5/4 ,and got an email stating it will ship on 5/23, i checked there website yesterday and now its telling me 6/3 .. so we will never know

    I was able to walk in to my local MS store today and purchase the 256GB model (they only carry that model in store). The girl that helped me still gave me the student discount even though I forgot my ID in the car. She even through in the graduation discount without me asking. With tax (California) it came out to $2234.82. They also had a display in the store as well. The display looks incredible. Haven't had a chance to do much with it yet. Just wanted to let people know to check their local stores to try and get one today.

    Ordered my 512 GB Blade today. Receiving it by the end of tomorrow, according to UPS.

    Oddly enough, even though I've now tried THREE TIMES too cancel my order from Razer, it still says in processing. Even CS doesn't know why its still trying to ship it to me. Did find it interesting that the order got pushed back again, to June 4.

    Really sad that I got my Blade from the MS store nearly a month sooner than I would have if I had waiting to get it from Razer itself

    I ordered the 512gb earlier in the week from the microsoft store. No wait, ive got the tracking number and it will arrive this coming wednesday. Sad to hear there are still troubles filling orders. Activity on the thread has been slow so it seems people are busy playing with their new toy.

    lucky you!, see i would do the same but i cant afford the 512gb, and ms store only sells the 512. so i get to sit on my butt and play the waitng game. while everyone gets to play with their laptops

    I noticed that the 512 GB is available online in the Canadian Microsoft store. It is also cheaper then ordering from razor. Just a heads up for any Canadians looking to order. Mine shipped today, ordered it Friday. Cancelled my razor order.

    Appears to be sold out now.

    Try calling your local Microsoft stores to check if they have any for sale. I was able to get mine yesterday no problem. They even gave me the $100 discount (which I proceeded to waste immediately on a useless Razer Mamba).

    I'd say just call razer and tell them to give you one that will last until you get your blade, we all deserve that and probably a little more for having to deal with that more than let down feeling inside every time they move the date forward lol. Regardless in the end we are getting the coolest laptop ever so that's something to hold on hope, The store in Scottsdale,Az has them in stock! I'm just wondering if I really want to pay another $400 to get one right away lol. Good luck man, keep checking the stores and see if they can call other ones that are close and have them brought to the store nearest you.

    bought one on the Microsoft online store may 9th, got it like a few days. within a few days it fan started clicking and the system would over heat. Razer said I had a defective system and had to send it back to microsoft.

    Word of caution on microsoft online store support: its' f'in terrible.
    After sending it back and having talked to 5 different support people (the last support agent being the escalation department, thus being the only competent agent but by then it was too late), turns out they can't honor their promise to replace it since it went out of stock (even though it was in stock when they received my return), and now I have jack . Even if it goes back in stock on Microsoft again I'm not ordering through them. I'd rather wait longer and get it through Amazon, which has a good track record for customer support. Microsoft Online Store absolutely blows.

    Razer's online store is also not that great. it takes a days to get a response for anything, or to cancel an order.

    Amazon is supposedly getting it sometime mid to late june.

    And these "risks" come more from poorly trained garbage technical support then it does in demand products. I've had plenty of similar situations with other in demand products handled much better.

    Good luck with them. You'll run into the same problems with Amazon too if they are out of stock. They can't sell you something they don't have. I rarely do exchanges anymore because if that. I have some bad coil whine so I'm sending it back for a full refund but am holding it until I can purchase another. I have 3 weeks so hopefully it will work out.

    I placed an order on Wednesday, June 4th for a 512GB model from the Microsoft Store via phone. Got the .EDU discount, and got them to give me free overnight, since when I called the store they were quoting 2 week backorder.

    Just now, two days later got the email notice that mine has shipped!

    I called the number for a local store to see if they had them in stock. They didn't, but connected me to the phone sales guy who offered free overnight shipping. I didn't use the website at all.
