This still gives me startups without wlan activated. I don't know what's causing it. The controll center thingy doesn't even have a button for wireless, and pressing the FN+F11 just displays "wireless on" but doesn't enable it. The only way I found is going to device manager and disabling and enabling the card.

Have had this once, had to uninstall hotkey and wlan driver, then install wlan driver first, reboot then install hotkey. I was using bigfoot killer 1103N though.

i got "load mmdriver" error with 7970m. anyone tried?
-
No, seems to run fine here. Just did the usual procedure. Uninstall AMD, then Intel. Restart. Install Intel, restart. Then install AMD, restart, reconfigure the LCD calibration and done. Working smoothly here.
-
ok i try again
-
followed your step. now i lost switchable graphics and the display only at 640*480. do i need to install amd from clevo before install beta6?
-
No. Remove both, restart, install intel, restart, then install the AMD drivers you want. If you want beta6, install that directly.
-
i tried all methods you mentioned. funny i got the load mmdriver error only with beta6. the one from clevo no problem
-
i got this with beta6. with this 7970m fails to idle
-
This is baffling since after I finished game, the 7970M fan shut down, without me having to do any workarounds for it. I'm on Windows 8, maybe that has something to do with it.
-
For those interested: JMicron has released 1.00.75.03 card reader driver: ftp://driver.jmicron.com.tw/CardReader/Windows/JMB38X_WinDrv_R1.00.75.03_WHQL.zip
-
These are the latest drivers that work with my 7970M. I found the 3006 has issues with AMD for some reason and also causes the i7 to run hot all the time.
-
guys for Sager 8150 which hotkey driver should I use? V3 or simple one?
What is the difference?
Thanks
PS: Windows 7 -
None. You don't need HotKey. The only time I would recommend installing it is if you got one of the newer backlit keyboards, so you can change your keyboard backlight color. Other than that, the bioserver blah blah crud it installs is annoying and it messes with your power settings. All the Fn keys work fine without it. Personally I hate the Clevo hotkey software.

version 3.3053 is the latest that works on my p150hm with win8 installed. u can download it here: https://www.box.com/shared/y0mrcklly63zndshl3of
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2 -
3.3053 works for me. u used v6 and also v8 but this v3 is more than enough
-
why do people update the Intel driver anyway? is not like you use it for gaming....
Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2 -
actually u do, since all frames have to go through the IGP before they reach the display, no matter which gpu rendered them in the first place

There are some Release Notes on Intel´s download site http://downloadmirror.intel.com/22605/eng/ReleaseNotes_Gfx_3071.pdf
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22605&keyword=hd4000&lang=eng
These increases are for gaming on HD4000
I don´t know what that "10 %" is..??? -
i saw that in an article over at maximumpc, dunno maybe they got them early and tested them.
edit: here the article: http://www.maximumpc.com/article/news/intel_readies_hd_graphics_driver_update_ivy_bridge2013 -
i got a little problem with this new intel driver. after installation and reboot windows shows me error "windows desktop manager has stopped working". And when i try run 3dmark it will crash. any suggestion what to do? at first i installed the driver directly over the old one and didn't unistall amd. didn't work. after that i unistalled amd and reboot, uninstalled intel and reboot, installed intel and reboot and installed amd and reboot. didn't work either.
-
I dont think intel drivers work well with AMD, you have to wait for a supported one afaik
-
ok, thank you.
-
If you have P1x0em machine and Win8 Pro x64 with 7970m, this method propably works for you.. at least it works for me!
Uninstall catalyst drivers with catalyst own uninstaller -> reboot
Run driver sweeper (safe mode or not) and uninstall all AMD driver stuff -> reboot
Uninstall Intel HD4000 driver with Control panel´s device manager, choose HD4000 properties, driver, uninstall tool and delete to driver software -> reboot
Install This https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22605&keyword=hd4000&lang=eng -> reboot
Install AMD Catalyst 13.3 beta 3 from here AMD Catalyst and choose Enduro one -> reboot. I must do this reboot twice. -
yes i have p170em but windows is 7 x64. I tried to still the way you said, but it did not help.. there is still issue with windows desktop manager and aero. well, lets wait for amd... :|
-
Again some report working some not
-
Same here, but in my case, it even gave conflicts with the Hotkey manager v6.0100

I can confirm this on my HP Envy 17. The new Intel driver doesn't seem to be compatible with AMD Enduro drivers. DWM crash like you. Going back to Intel 2932 works.
-
mmdriver stop working.
hv to sys restore.
i wont touch anything from third class company amd again. rubbish. -
Please stop just rolling back and installing old drivers...
AMD Issue Reporting Form for AMD Catalyst
REPORT IT! C'mon, AMD needs to know their mobile driver support is worthless. Well they probably already know. But report it. Seems the only time AMD does something is when someone reports it and mobile users tend to just say oh well, screw it, going back to OEM/Manufacturer driver, I suspect. REPORT IT. These morons probably don't even use notebooks with AMD because they know the drivers they put out sucks... -
I confirm the new Intel driver doesn't work with AMD 13.3 beta 3 Mobility driver, every program using dGPU crashed out when I open it. I had to turn back to previous Intel driver, which works well with AMD 13.3 beta 3 driver.
-
which one is the previous driver? Intel 2932?
-
Yes, that's it, sorry I forgot to include the version number in my post
-
This particular piece of Intel's 3071 driver is the problematic part that does not like AMD drivers:
That is, "igd10iumd64.dll" -
New Realtek High Definition Audio Codecs R2.71 (ver. 6.0.1.6873):

The packages support a bunch of HD audio codecs (the full codecs list is provided through the download page). Besides it adds the ALC233, ALC284, ALC286, ALC292, ALC383, ALC668, ALC900 audio codecs as well.
In addition, they add WHQL support for AMD HDMI devices, and moreover, the XP-compatible file comes along with the Microsoft High-Definition Audio UAAV1.0a (5013) package. -
:hi2: where to get Hotkey driver 8.0101 ?
-
you can get v8.0101 on the Clevo download site by selecting P175EM1.
P1xxEM downloads still link to v8.0097 even though they state v8.0101.
