    You could try getting them from Clevo http://www.clevo.com.tw/clevo_down.asp?lang=en
    I would try from the pull down menu W54xEu1/W55xEU1. Not sure if yours is the 1 at the end or not.

    Hi, I need assistance modding the driver for the Nvidia 670m GPU I just put in my P170HM.

    I am able to modify the nvcvi file with no problem. However, the nvdmi file has no reference to a 670m card and there is no where to modify it for the hardware ID of the card I'm using. Am I doing something wrong? Should I be modifying a different file for some reason?

    Thanks in advance!

    I have a Sager NP3260 and just did a clean reinstall of Windows 7. I got a LAN driver off a USB and have been trying to find a wireless driver. I pulled all the wireless drivers off of the Sager driver page for my model, but no luck. Any advice?

    You can physically check the wifi card to see whats installed, if comfortable opening up the computer of course.

    Hi guys

    I have a new P650se and installed Windows 7pro and then the drivers but I get an error "unknown device" in Device Manager - I check ID and it says missing
    ACPI\MSFT0101
    MSFT0101

    I have installed 1TB HDD and 256GB Crucial

    Any help is appreciated. I cant believe I have this issue as I've loaded everything under P65SE drivers???

    If you still haven't fixed this issue maybe this might help:

    I have that same "Hardware ID" for my TPM 2.0 chip. Do you by any chance know if you have a TPM 2.0 chip in your laptop (it's used for encryption)? Did you purchase your laptop from Eurocom? Eurocom puts that chip in their model of P650SE barebone, the M5 Pro. I have a TPM chip in mine and had that same issue upon fresh install with Win 7 Ult. I searched everywhere for a fix until I discovered it was partly an OS issue.

    First you can check to see if you do have a TPM 2.0 chip by restarting the computer, access the BIOS by hitting <F2> on the splash page (as your laptop starts back up), arrow scrolling to the "Security" menu, and checking if there's something like "TPM configuration" under that menu. If so, then hit enter on it and confirm to see if it's enabled, which I think it should be since it's showing up on device manager. <Esc> out of the BIOS but if necessary, hit <F4> to save any changes and restart.

    Then if you do have the chip, first make sure Windows Update has installed all the recommended updates, including SP1. I found that there was an issue with the Win 7 OS recognizing the TPM 2.0 device until they provided that patch a while back. After fully updating, download the Win 7 64 TPM driver from HERE and just run the driver patch. The patch driver doesn't work until WU is fully updated. Hopefully that clears it up, now showing the TPM 2.0 under "Security Devices" in device manager.

    Hello, I have a Clevo P150SM-A (Sager NP8268-s) running Win 8.1 64 HP, that I bought a little less than a year ago. I have a problem where the touchpad will freeze on me at random times. Each time it happens I will still be able to move the pointer, but I will have no click or double click function either from the dedicated buttons or through the touchpad itself. The only way to get it working will be to put the computer to sleep and wake it up or restart.

    Ive tried to uninstall the driver including deleting the driver then reinstalling by downloading it from Sagers website, but it will end up doing the same thing. BTW the driver is Synaptics Touchpad. I even tried to install the generic driver on Synaptics website, but I get a Install failed warning.

    Has anyone had or heard of this problem? Is there a driver that will not lock up on me?

    You may want to contact the place you plan on buying it from to see if they will include them. Sager includes both 7 and 8 drivers.

    On the Clevo site, make sure the model you're looking under is "P770ZM." It shares the same Win 8.1 drivers as your P751ZM so they upload it all there. For Win 7 drivers you can check out sites that rebrand your model such as eurocom (as the P5 Pro): HERE and mySN (as the XMG U505) from HERE. Otherwise, follow Hutsady's suggestion above.

    For the record...

    Just performed a clean install of Windows 10 Pro x64 on a Clevo W670SZQ, it works great. The install media provides most drivers for this mid-2013 notebook; as in Win 8, only a few non-critical ones are missing e.g. Card Reader, Intel MEI... easy to install them manually. :)

    Only minor issue:
    Windows 10 x64 comes with a native, up-to-date driver for the dreaded Insyde Airplane Mode HID Mini-Driver.
    However, it is imperfectly installed (infamous warning sign in the Device Manager, hence the airplane function key not working).

    The solution is quite simple:
    1. grab the "Airplane mode AP (1.3.0.0) for Windows 8.1 64-bit version" driver (file: Airplane_W81.zip) from Clevo.com.tw;
    2. extract the .zip archive to some directory;
    3. there, delete all files from both "\program files\AirplaneModeInstaller\ia32" and "\program files\AirplaneModeInstaller\x64" directories;
    4. grab "Insyde Airplane Mode HID Mini-Driver" v1.4.0.2 64-bit (.cab archive) from the Microsoft Update Catalog (requires MSIE);
    5. extract the contents of the .cab archive to each of the directories you've emptied at step 3;
    6. run the setup.exe - it will reinstall/overwrite the faulty Windows driver and get rid of the warning.
    Rough method but it works.

    Hey guys....I'm still on my W765CUH/NP7652, but now I'm running Windows 10. I don't know if the following issue occured when I went to Win 7, 8, 8.1, or 10.....but my USB ports aren't functioning properly. I have my wireless mouse plugged into one...that works fine. I can plug my phone or my GoPro into one and it will charge, but it will not recognize the device. If I plug in a USB stick, it doesn't read as an external device.

    When I look in the device manager, I see two entries with yellow exclamation marks...both are listed under Other Devices as Base System Device. If I go to properties I get the location as:

    - PCI bus 7, device 0, function 0
    - PCI bus 7, device 0, function 3

    After a ton of googling, I can only find drivers for Win7. Am I out of luck?

    Does the wireless mouse work in other USB ports or only the one? Likewise does the USB drive work in the port that the mouse is working in?

    I don't think we will see drivers launch for windows 10 for that model so barring a fluke we might be out of luck :(

    You could try the 8652 drivers. On our site there is also an option to have windows 7 pro preinstalled on the 8658 as well.

    What are you running on? Try downloading it again from Clevo or the end manufacture, the update might not have installed correctly.

    Hello everyone. I just did a clean install of windows 10 on a Sager NP9150/Clevo P150EM and I'm wondering what drivers do I need to install? I've experienced some issues in the past with just installing all the drivers I could find so I don't want to go crazy installing stuff I don't need. What are the critical drivers that I need to install? Thanks in advance.

    You'd want to install graphics card drivers, wired LAN and wifi drivers. Any kind of ports that you might be using, maybe want to update those. If you have any kind of SSD, maybe get the drivers or utilities for those. Aside from that, if there is anything you want to maybe have the most functionality of it, like the trackpad, sound card, or webcam for example. The rest you can let windows decide or maybe just update drivers if something seems to have an issue with it.

    Thanks for the reply. So it sounds like there's nothing critical from Sager or Clevo that I need to install. I did install the hotkey utility from Sager. I've updated the graphics through intel and Nvidia, the trackpad with Synaptics, and the wifi and LAN function fine without doing anything. I haven't tested the VGA, HDMI or card reader ports yet but those should probably work without issue. The two devices I'm not sure about are the sound card and webcam. The drivers on the Sager site are all several years old so I'm assuming that there are newer drivers for those, but I'm not sure where to look. No big deal. Thanks again.

    If those drivers aren't working, you could just check the manufacturer's site for those parts for newer drivers.

    It used to be common advice that the first driver you should install should be the chipset driver, not sure if that matters anymore.

    i cant access any clevo drivers for my P770DM because the site clevo hosts them on is permanently bugging out with XML errors on the download links

    https://clevo-cdb.azureedge.net/P7xxDMG/OTHERS/Control.zip
    Control Center AP (5.0001.0.38) for Windows 10 64-bit.

    I want this version...anyone got it?

    (the software is pretty terrible btw ...and im having cpu load issues with the 2015 version of it)

    Also my clevo does run unreasonably hot in balanced mode standard desktop usage i can feel the heat thru the keyboard ..WTFFF ..my older MSI is totally silent even during heavy internet usage and theres no heat buildup or fans spinning up periodically.

    yeah even for my model the P870DM-G all downloads fail. Clevo drivers download site is the worst in the world! A company producing the best laptops in the world cannot even to get their drivers download right.

    @clevo-extreme please inform the concerned department this is very bad.

    Hello community

    I got my first P771DM G, and i got some questions

    1st i have the Right Dispayport without a sign of life, only the Left one let me connect my Asus PG278Q.
    2nd, i notice some on and off in the external display when starting, but it takes a couple of minutes until it stabilizes, but wherever i touch meanwhile, the display goes On and Off for a couple of minutes
    3rd Between those On and Off of the external display, sometimes the image, text, etc, stays duplicated, making me hard to read, i have to reboot to get back things to normal....

    Any suggestions on what might be happening?

    Is there any Web Site with more recent drivers, and software, like the "Control Center"? I only found one in Clevo´s web site, but seems old....Also were can i find updates to the BIOS if they exist?

    I would check the reseller/rebrander you got it from, their drivers should be more up to date than clevo's site.

    Palkeo just updated his Clevo bios and manuals ftp-mirror;
    http://repo.palkeo.com/clevo-mirror/P7xxDMG/

    In your case there is Bios 1.05.09 and EC 1.05.03...

    Prema has not released an official bios mod for 7xxxDM series

    thank you my friend for your help, i don´t understand much of that Prema Mod or Plakeo.....sorry is my first Clevo.........but you´r mentioning the BIOS update for 750DM G, not the P771DM-G, i think those are over that one.....

    But how can i update this in pure DOS environment? That is my main question, i don´t know what that is....sorry

    And even after reading several things related to this......

    Thank you in advance

    seriously these morons at clevo still update with DOS? This is getting worse and worse.

    And their bloody download page is STILL broken, f... that manufacturer. What a waste of my money. If these machines were considerably cheaper than the competition i would understand it ..but they are not. Even MEDION has better support than these bafoons.

    The DOS environment is used because it's basically the simplest OS that's tiny, agnostic and effectively driver-less. As far as creating an environment with as little variables (ie things to go wrong), DOS is a pretty good way to go about it.

    For clarity, most implementations use FreeDOS, not MS-DOS as many users are used to. FreeDOS is kept relatively up-to-date and is quite common in the server space (for firmware updates and such). A lot of hardware keeps FreeDOS in-line somewhere as an "emergency" flashing mode to recover out of screwed up firmware flashes.

    If you had any experience in the enterprise space, you'd trust a manufacturer with a DOS utility FAR more than anyone who attempts to ship a full Windows GUI one.
