Is your P370, an Eurocom model?

If it's a EUROCOM, yes I can send you the bios, because for some reason EUROCOM doesnt unswer support request, even if you have an EUROCOM model, it's been 3 months since i requested them the right bios and so far they didnt answer me yet!! I had to ask in forums for the right one, it was hard to find!!! Don't know why they make it so hard.

About the heat sink i have a P375SM, GPU2 is overheating to 88°, my cards are GTX 980M, i had to buy a new heatsink from germany, apparently there's two types of heat sink for the gpu2 for theese models : P370 to P377, I have the bad one which it has less copper and aluminium, because of that this one overheats these cards

Hello, I want to upgrade my XMG P722 ( =P370EM)which had an HD7970 2GB originally. As this Card only has 1-sided VRAM i've got no heatsink plate für the backside. I've found the vBIOS only for the 6GB Version with 2-sided VRAM. So can anybody please tell me what I can do about cooling of the VRAM on the backside?

IIRC, there was a sheet with a copper backing on it that sat on the board just below the card - and again, IIRC, the sheet should have had some thermal pads on it.

Perhaps you can source one of those from a seller like RJTech, or one of the Clevo resellers.

Not sure if it is needed. One tip I heard is to use thicker thermal pad 3mm+ to transfer heat to motherboard.

There are no VRM chips on the back.

What max temps 980M SLI gives on max load?
I upgraded my P370EM3 heatsinks to SM-A and 680M SLI temps were similar or even cooler on slave GPU. After upgrade to 980M SLI I see up to 13*C higher on slave GPU (73*C and 86*C). Idle temps are cooler on slave tho (33*C and 34*C). I tried different mods (lapping, added extra heatpipe with fins) and even got a new fan but no improvement. I just mention that my CPU cooling is not shared with slave GPU as original EM heatsinks were designed.

Sounds like your heatsink may be a bit of a dud, what does the contact pressure look like?

I haven't used pressure paper, but it looks good when repasting. I even added 2 extra springs to support it all 4 sides around the die for better contact.
