12.7 drivers didnt work for me, i reverted back to stock.
with everything ultra NoAA and 4AF i now get between 35-70 fps

if i turn down the settings fps stays the same. I guess some people are just lucky :(

Hmm...I will have to make a correction to my results. Went into 64 player Karkand and it was hovering around 40 FPS. GPU utilization was in the 50% range the entire time (auto settings).

I do get around 50-60 FPS on 32 player maps though.

It definitely is a driver issue. There is no excuse for 50% utilization. The drivers seems to be adjusting the GPU usage so that you get the same FPS no matter what settings you use.

Well seeing i dont want to open another thread informing you guys on this but cysis 2 patched all up (dx11+highres textures) isnt working for me at all either. ~25fps average and a utilization of 45-65%

in other news batman arkam city runs with 25- 45 fps on utra with a utilization of 80%

i hope we get them drivers soon....

Also I can confirm that when crysis is fuly patched with dx 11 and hi-rez textures th eutilization is not the best and also frames drops like in bf3 depending on the scene. However I tryied to run it without dx 11 and it ran perfectly. I see Didnt try batman yet but dx 11 barrely ad something to the graphics..I'm also dissapointed from performance in nfs shift 2 where I had better frames on My old 5870m also due to the utilization issue.
Metro 2033 and alna wake run perfectly 99% all the time with super steady frames though..This was just for information if somedy is curious

yeah the nfs games are definetly causing under utilization here, fps locked at 30 all the time, some dips. shame

strange, i just came of a bf3 metro session (32 sever) with ultra no AA, 8xAF and frames were 45-100  utilization around 70%
i guess ill be playing metro for now :D

Yeah metro is definitely playble, but problems are on the larger and more demanding maps like those from the karkand pack and khark islan, caspian..
Also close quarters maps are ok. As for nfs series I think that Run is capped at 30 fps, It wont play more. But that was a bad ggame anyway :) But shift 2 Isnt capped and should run at 60 fps with no problems. When I try to race at night where all those light effect are on it's barrely running 25 fps somethimes.
