    Hello awsome people from the notebook forum!
    thanks to this forum i hath HUGE help in the past fixing and repairing alienware 17's.

    Ive recently baught a 2018 clevo p775tm1(g) with a i5 8400 and a 1070 gtx,
    I just ordered a i7 9700k and 64gb of ram

    So today i updated the EC to 10716 wich was succesfull.
    My problem is updating the BIOS to 10729 i just cant get it done it gives me different errors and the bios doesnt update. ive tried it in dos and efi.

    so my question is how do i update my bios ?

    for those wondering hwo to do it,

    run meset ( pc reboots )
    run flashmex64
    run eol
    shutdown pc ( dont restart ! shut down )
    Bios is updated :)
