The new hotkey driver is really cool for those machines. Too bad my laptop doesn't have a backlit keyboard. BTW, I'm having a hard time trying to update my firmware to version 4015 on the USB3. Anyone experiencing the same thing as me?

yep, same with me@stuck at 3series firmware. its cuz there are two subtypes of that particular USB3 chip (the newer one actually just needing less energy for operation), out of which only the more current version supports the 4series firmware.

 

Right click the firmware update program and set compatibility to Windows XP (service pack 3). This should make the program continue up to 100% (if your problem is program being stuck during update).

Hi guys! Bought a Clevo 170EM with nvidia Quadro 3000m but I´m running most of my applications (Photoshop cs5, 3ds max 2012) with the integrated graphic Intel HD4000 because strangely (at least for me) it has more power than the dedicated nvidia chip. Is this normal? Can you please tell me where I can find the latest driver for the nvidia quadro for this computer model, or the solution for this problem..? I tried to download from Clevo site but it seems to have some ftp problem. I got this version: 8.17.12.9562. Is this the latest? Thanks in advance

 

Hmm. Synaptics TouchPad Pointing Device 16.0.4.0 doesn't seem to work for me.

I can only install version 16.0.2.0

My USB 3.0 firmware cannot be updated to v4 also.. "Not found the target device"

Many thanks for the help jaybee83, but i'm afraid that driver doesn't work. When I received the computer, I tried that driver and it didn't work also. As far as I know CLEVO's need specific drivers (correct me ir I'm wrong). I was wondering where can I get those, since CLEVO's site seems to have An Ftp problem and also drivers in their site seem to be outdated...

If you already have the Synaptics previous driver installed then unpack the 16.0.4.0 version to a new folder.

Next open device manager > mice and other pointing devices > Snaptics Touchpad > driver > update driver > browse computer > let me pick > Syaptics Pointing Device > Have Disk

Now browse to the folder where the driver was unpacked to.

Open the WinWDF folder > x64 >synhid.inf >open > OK

Now in Device Manager the Synaptics Touchpad will show up as

"ThinkPad UltraNav Pointing Device"

 

But basically that driver isn't made for our version of Synaptic touchpads.

 

Are there any new drivers for the nvidia GTX 670M? I got my NP9150 a couple weeks ago, but I can't seem to find any new drivers (other than the ones that came on the driver disc).

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone has run into graphic card issues with the gtx 460/485m. I have occasional crashes randomly, worsened with flash players. However I tried to upgrade my graphics drivers recently (from 285.62) firstly to the geforce website to 296.10 that unexpectedly crashed whilst installing and caused lovely green pixels on the screen before the BSOD.

Then I tried the modded drivers 301.24 with modded inf drivers to the exact same result. Is there problems with these graphics card and certain drivers?

I have had random crashes due to the graphic cards for both my P150HM and my wife's Asus G53sw with these graphics card since we bought them last year. We sent my wife's back to get fixed to no avail. It still does it.

 

I have a Clevo B5130M and currently trying to find the correct nvidia VGA drivers for Windows 7 64 bit.

I have tried the clevo website over and over but the drivers will not download.
