    well supposedly i broke it. Its been acting up for about a year now. One of the fans was so bad, that you actually have to whack the side of the tower to make it stop making a very loud noise. The pc froze, so i had to force a reboot. When i did, i recieved a DLL activation error and windows would not start.

    I was going to repair the file, but it seems that the shady reseller who sold them the pc put on an ADMIN password that i cannot get past.

    I know what programs i need to crack it, but since i have no pc to downlaod program, i cant fix for them. Have to wait for a friend to give me crack.

    Ok guys, its pretty much complete. YAY. :D

    The only thing I have to work on are the international resellers...
    - the ratings are not uniform (like US vendors using BBB and resellerratings)
    - pricing is very different from region to region (hard to compare)
    - and language barriers

    I am up for any suggestions.

    I can publish just the main guide with North American vendors.

    I will try to push out the full guide with all vendors on my list by tomorrow anyway.

    What should I do?

    If you guys want me to publish it with just the North American

    I dunno; I like the idea at first, but it just strikes me as a good way to get into a lot of endless hoo-haas and accusations of favoritism and bias. That's not to say that I don't think Gophn deserves a lot for all the hard work that went into the Guide (and all of his other contributions to the NBR).

    I know I got shut-down hard for making the suggestion elsewhere, but perhaps some sort of a link readers could use to make contributions to a blind trust that could be used towards, say, a new system, or what have you? That would have more or less the same effect, but would insulate Gophn from any claims of favoritism or bias.

    BTW: It's just a thought, folks, so please keep the tempers down if it insults some principle of yours - as far as I can see, it's no different than the subway musician who props his instrument case open so people can show their appreciation.
