    The FHD AUO has hardware g-sync, the Chi Mei may (probably) not.
    Just wanted to make sure you are aware as I didn't see you in the discussion. ;)

    Ah. The FHD AUO 120Hz is sold as a non-gsync, though.

    I can't even afford gsync on the GPUs I don't think haha. I would like to try it sometime, but unfortunately this is probably not the time. Unless Eurocom gives me gsync GPUs anyway, but I don't know about that.

    Does that mean you can enable gsync on the B173HAN01.2 120Hz panel even though it's not nVidia certified? Or rather, why didn't it get certified if it has hardware support? O_O

    I can purchase it tomorrow.

    I would have purchased it last week, but my country's banks won't sell more than $500 USD per day. So I had to buy USD for 5 days, and we had to start on Tuesday (also because of the banks). They don't answer e-mails on weekends, so I couldn't order it yesterday (though I'd have been physically able to).

    Wish me luck, hopefully I get 4 x 8GB for RAM and the Chi Mei screen for the same price =D.

    There are two AUO FHD 120Hz screens:

    - B173HAN01.1 has H/W/ g-sync
    - B173HAN01.2 has no g-sync

    I don't know why v1.2 didn't get certified...

    That's odd. The B173HAN01.2 is the offered 1080/120 screen. I asked for the screen on the GT73VR, if it was possible to be sourced and what the price would have been, because I wanted less ghosting, but there's no telling whether or not that will work or if I'll even be able to afford it; they haven't e-mailed me back about it or the RAM yet (I sent the e-mail on friday afternoon).

    If I can't get the GT73VR screen, I would be going with the offered B173HAN01.2, as I don't think I could handle the B173QTN01.0 panel. I heard new AUO models were very recently released but I have no information about them at all.

    Waiting for payment confirmation for me to pay the difference, once I pay the difference I'll have to ask that donations here be stopped; I will update then.

    B173HAN01.2 1080p 120Hz AHVA screen
    i7-6700K
    32GB (4 x 8GB) 3000MHz G.Skill RAM
    GTX 1080N SLI
    intel 8265ac wifi
    2 x 330W PSU

    Storage will have to be added aftermarket as that was the limit of the budget for me! Thank you very much to all who have donated, and any who may still donate before I am asked to pay my share from Eurocom Sales! Without your help I wouldn't even have had this machine at all, far less with two 1080s. I remember saying when this machine came out that I definitely wanted it, but I couldn't imagine at all that it would actually happen, I'm completely surprised, in awe, and happy beyond measure. I guess 2017 might be a good year for me thanks in no small part whatsoever to you all =D.

    I'll be doing a more "advanced user" review. Not an overclocker's review, but not a basic one by any means. Hopefully it'll turn out as grandiose as I imagine it in my head!

    You can use this without delidding and liquid metal? :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: SINCE WHEN? :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: (it's not a SL chip; just a default 6700K. I didn't even have enough for a 7700K if I wanted it haha).

    I'll certainly be checking that. BF4, BF1, Infinite Warfare, Modern Warfare Remastered, among some other games. Straight maxing and seeing what FPS I can hold =D. As well as some benchmarks, of course!

    i7-7700K
    32GB (4 x 8GB) 3000MHz G.Skill RAM
    GTX 1080N SLI
    Intel 8265ac wifi
    1 x 780W PSU
    *prema BIOS*
    I did mention to Eurocom that Prema said I could have his mod, but they were under no obligation to install it for me... however they DID, and I am actually very grateful and thankful for the lack of hassle on my end. The CPU & PSU upgrades will indeed serve me quite well, I am sure =D
