    For me, I really dont care if its rubber or matte, I just want to make sure it is Solid! ;)

    I see the differences between 151 and 150, however, a more detailed comparison between the two kinds of case finishes would be nice.

    This may include:
    1. Texture when touched
    2. Trackpad
    3. Color Difference
    4. Durability of finish

    This may call for another thread.

    yes i got the same thing i ordered on the nov.25 and i called on dec.5 it's funny the guy know who i was before i sad a word but any way i spent a lot of money so i did git a little better of a deal for the dely but i'll only wait solong this weekend there ship ment from Taiwan is comeing in but there is no shor thing there. if you need it soonner then later there is a nother site thats close to the same money and remember if you got money to buy a laptop at that price you can go anywere to went in todays world money mean deals

    I'm content to wait. My order was processed on 11/29 and I look forward to seeing it shipped next week. In another thread, I estimated that I wouldn't have the laptop before The Old Republic was released. Later on I thought about it and thought that it'd arrive well before 12/20. Now I'm thinking that my first guess was right.

    Ground shipping. and Las Vegas. Malibal posted a post saying that they will move to Las Vegas fully around end of January. I guess mine was tested in Las Vegas :)

    I'm certain that I saw on their site in the order process that, if there is a delay they will notify you AND give the reason. Now it just says they will notify you. In any case, it'd be nice to know what's up. I first got an email saying it was shipped, with tracking info and all, then they retracted that. Bummer. They said it would be 1-2 days more. Ok. Well, 4 days pass. I emailed for status yesterday, they said it was scheduled to ship that day and I'd get a tracker email. I got nothing.

    I had also submitted a ticket regarding the NBR discount(s) based on the instructions posted by user MALIBAL on here. The response I got simply said my order would ship in 1-2 days. Ok?

    I'm already concerned about not getting what I ordered given the threads on here (though I fully understand it may not be a fair representation/sampling).

    I am surprised how they can send a tracking number without shipping!! I wish MALIBAL agent can explain this. It is really a concerning issue ...

    Did you try to PM MALIBAL user here? as far as I know they would respond quickly. It is really weired maybe something wrong with the shipping company. (I am assuming that the shipping is local within US)

    I prefer a smooth plastic surface over rubber. I haven't found any problems with the build of the laptop, then again, I usually handle them pretty gently.

    They told me today that the Matte screen might be available by the end of this week, they are ready to ship my laptop with Glossy and plastic finish chassis. But a Glossy screen is not an option for me (I work for hours everyday in environments with high glare)


    I really hope to get this laptop before I travel for my holiday trip! otherwise I do not know what I can do then :confused:

    Yea I PMed Malibal and he told me that they're still waiting on a shipment of matte screens :( maybe I shouldnt have waited and just ordered on black friday/cyber monday. I was going to spend the first week of winter break gaming on nicer settings.

    Let me make you feel better. I ordered smack dab between BF and CM and my P150HM is still delayed. So, it didn't help one bit. It actually just prolonged the aggravation.

    Hey gwilled, just quesiton out of curiosity I see you already have the Glossy screen in your configuration which suppose to be in the stock, so I believe your order is only delayed because of the P150HM rubberized chassis.


    In my case the change was really big since I want the Matte screen, and did not care much for the rubberized finish. Is your build only waiting for the rubberized chassis?

    I really hope that some way mine gets to me by Saturday. I'd like to have a weekend to set it up and use it before the following two weekends, during which I will be unavailable due to them being hectic holidays. :(

    The one thing in my favor is that mine will be shipped for holding at a UPS customer center, which are open for pickup on Saturdays. That still means I need a Thursday ship date or Friday if it is overnighted.

    Honestly I am worried to not get it before the holidays :confused: ! I paid $90 for 6-10 days shipping with USPS (Shipping to Canada), so it is still long waiting after MALIBAL ships the laptop.

    Cheapest UPS shipping for me was $160+ which I cannot afford anymore. Friday is my last hope
