Speaking of this forum being like a microcosm... I sort of got the same impression when I read through the owner's lounges for the P150HM and P151HM1 in December. It was really fascinating watching a year go by in two weeks from two very different points of perspective, a lot funner than most books, and I would recommend it to anyone who's thinking about it. For the record, the P151HM1 lounge was more interesting, but that's mostly batman's fault.

Hey guys, I think this peer moderation thing is working: A troll topic gone wrong.
-
A note on the "peer pressure": many of you posted helpful, reasoned posts that made it pretty clear the OP was being irrational. Thank you to those posters.
Some, however, went beyond that to post snide remarks and personal attacks. A collective attitude to remain calm and not "feed the trolls" is good, but it is equally important not to stoop to their level: you guys are better than that.
As always, if you do see a potential "troll" post, feel free to exercise the report function (or PM me or another moderator if your reports do not seem to be going through, with the site issues of late).
Thanks, gang

Would the said site issues have anything to do with why there are so many double-topics as of late?

Uhhh...the idea was peer moderation, not peer pressure. Peer pressure is generally seen as a negative thing and synonymous with mob mentality. I'm not going to partake in anything of the sort.

Oh sorry, got mixed up. Fixed that now, thx for pointing it out.
