I opened up my Sager 5760 yesterday afternoon. So far its been running great...except for the one time I was doing something (forget what/multi tasking) and than the screen started to flash on and off so I had to reboot computer.

There are no noticable dead pixels that I can see and I am happy with this pcs performance so far. I wonder what drivers did you guys update to? I am not even sure what the included already installed 7900GTX video driver is and whether I should upgrade...same with other things.

I have Kaspery Suite 6 and Trillian Pro 3 running great on here. DVDs looked beautiful, gaming looked sweet, and now I need to go on and see how to maximize performance with GFX, Audio, and anything else.

A small thing I noticed was that the hotkeys FN don't all seem
to be working...brightness control doesnt seem to work! And FN+F2 doesnt do anything however FN+F1 (supposed to be to touchpad off) makes beeping noises and I think was actually fan control...when F2 does nothing.

I actually am trying to find out where to get the latest drivers for the 5760.
Sager does not have it in their website yet at this time :(
So for official Drivers we are out of luck it seems until Sager posts them or soemone in the know tells us otherwise :(

I also have the latest Kaspersky Internet Suite and I like it so far.
It does take some resources from my experience when I did some of my benchmarks.

As for the FN fucntions, that seems like soemthing not good.
You sure you installed all the drivers included with the package?
If you did and you still have those issues, suggest contact your reseller and Sager.
When in doubt, contact your Reseller and Sager :D
Make use of their services that you deserve.

Sager ships with the latest video card drivers...there is no need to update them at this time.

You can try different drivers (at your own risk of course) from www.omegadrivers.net and elsewhere if you like, but my grand-pappy taught me that if it ain't broke...don't fix it.

And I heartily agree and encourage people to heed your statement that: "Make use of their services that you deserve."

Yeah I use OmegaDrivers for an ATI 9800 Pro card on Desktop computer...it works great, but for a "Go" 7900GTX I don't no how good or needed it would be getting a differant driver.

    UPDATE:

Just received my Sager 5760 after I RMA it for dust inside the LCD Screen at 12PM EST.
    All looks good so far.

I am now at work and going to me doing the tests and benchmarks this whole week.
I got some other reports due this week also so not sure how long it will take me to finish my full detailed review and send it to Chazman to be published.
I am thinking that sometime around next week I should have been able to test each and every function of my 5760.

I would call our 24/7 Customer Service to get some technical help.

Sorry, but I am not a technician :(
