    All,
I am new to the forum and from my initial review of all the excellent knowledge/ data shared here, I think this is an awesome resource for all laptop/ notebook buyers.

I am in the market for a powerful gaming laptop and have made up my mind to go with the SAGER 9262 -- that is an awesome laptop!!

I have spent the last couple of days talking to both Xoticpc.com and powernotebooks.com.....

Both were equally good -- technically very informed customer support and patient in answering all my questions.

I guess my question for this forum is.....why not buy from SAGER directly? I am very impressed with both the companies mentioned above, but is there a reason SAGER cannot be contacted directly (since both these companies are buying from SAGER....)?

I saw SAGER's website too, and the configuration/ customization options are almost the same as either of these two companies offer.....with pricing almost the same as well. Is there a difference in customer support level/ warranty etc.?

Maybe this is a question that has already been answered elsewhere, but I would appreciate any pointers here, before I go ahead and place my order....

    Thanks!!!!

It is not the border, but the center square of the screen. If you were to put a tic-tac-toe board or a number sign (#) on the screen, if there is even one defective pixel in the center square on the NP9262, NP5796, and NP8660 it will be replaced under warranty.

Welcome to the forum jedi walker :)

If you will do some searching you will find that this issue has been thoroughly discussed many times.

Probably the best discussion can be found right here in this thread if you start reading it from the being.

I second that welcome! Paladin44 pretty much explains all in this thread:
