Hi lads,
I just checked and realized LPC no longer offers the P775TM-R or P750TM-R. This means we can only get these models from HID?

Hi folk's,
Anyone here ever try put 128gb (4*32 @ 3200mhz) in all four slots?
This because I'm running 64gb in slot 3 and 4, 32gb each @ 3200mhz stable and when I try to put the memories in slot 1 and slot 2, the laptop not boot and restart. I wanna buy the 2 other modules but I'm afraid if I do, the system don't boot with all 4 modules.
The memories I'm using are this: M471A4G43AB1-CWE
My setup:
-P751TM1-G
-BIOS B10728
-EC 10716
-I7 8700
-GTX 1060

That's quite a high speed for the large capacity modules... Could be the issue.

There's also the issue of mix matching modules, even if they are same speed/size/brand there is no guarantee they will work without errors. As they were not pretested as a kit of four.Spartan@HIDevolution and Papusan like this.

Anyone know where i can buy an MXM RTX 2060 so i can upgrade my P751TM-G? and if possible a relatively cheap one

Members market here, ebay or resellers directly.

I've seen a bunch of RTX MXM cards on ebay.Spartan@HIDevolution and Papusan like this.

Ebay and aliexpress or even using taoboa agents(from china) -
The RTX20x0 MXM cards might need a mod to the heatsink, or you can get the official RTX unified heatsink.

Getting the propper heatsink is going to be safer for most people.

Is the P751TM1 Heat sink the same as the P751TM?

As far as I remember it is.

Hey guys, sorry if this is off topic but I'm desperate for help on this, been digging for solutions but none of them work so I would appreciate some of your insight.
I'm currently playing Dishonored 2 on Steam and the game keeps crashing to desktop randomly with no error message whatsoever. It can happen after 15 minutes of gameplay or 2 hours, it's completely arbitrary at this point. What I've found in the event viewer is that the " nvlddmkm" driver seems to be the main culprit here, and it also seems like this is a rather common issue online but so far couldn't figure out a way to permanently fix it. I've tried DDU, Registar Registry Manager, reinstalling my GPU drivers from scratch multiple times, updating every possible drivers, softwares and Windows Update, changing my undervolt settings.. none of that works. Should I reinstall Windows entirely ?!
My temps are good, never exceeding 75°C on the GPU and 65°C on the CPU.
So.. yeah if anything comes to your mind I'd be glad to hear it, it's a really frustrating problem to fix and it makes my PC unusable for games at this point.
Thank you !Attached Files:

That’s an Nvidia display driver crash. Does this happen only in Dishonored 2, or in other games as well? What about when you reset the GPU to default settings?Dr. AMK likes this. -

You may also want to consider installing an older version of the driver. I discovered recently that another title (Detroit:Become Human) would crash upon launch. I reinstalled an older driver from back in July and it worked.

It was already happening before I even installed MSI Afterburner, that's the reason why I decided to undervolt my GPU because I thought it was due to temperature (stock temp was 86°C, which I wasn't comfortable with).
I was playing Valorant 5 or 6 months ago and never had any problems back then.. That's why I'm confused. -
Going to try that now, I'm currently at 456.71 changing for 446.14.
EDIT : It didn't work.. crashed after a few minutes of gameplay :'(Attached Files:

In that case, it sounds like a dying GPU.

Not old enough, try this:
NVIDIA GeForce Notebook Graphics Driver 399.24

Try to stress test your laptop using AIDA64 Extreme and Unigine Heaven, and see what you get.

The laptop is less than a year old.. that'd be disappointing. What makes you say that ?
Going to try all this out and come back with results, thanks !
Oh by the way, I've been trying to run Time Spy lately, and the first benchmark just crashes after a few seconds so I can't even run that..
I'm getting worried, ngl. -

If it's less than a year old, then it should still be under warranty. I would get the GPU replaced ASAP.Papusan and Donald@Paladin44 like this. -
If I can't find any fix after exhausting every possibilities, I will have to RMA this indeed..
@Dr. AMK I've been running the UH and Aida benchmarks, here are the results.
First one with custom settings, stock GPU clocks
Second one with custom settings, custom GPU curve
Third one with Extreme preset, custom GPU curve
And finally the Aida64 Extreme GPGPU bench.
Is there anything wrong ? :/Attached Files:

nVidia mods/mats tool full test will say what is the problem.
This can be maybe memory error or some GPU processing unit defect.
edit:
RTX2080 usually has vRAM problems. -
Meaker@Sager Company Representative
Hopefully you can get it sorted quickly
-
What should I do.. ?
Can't seem to find any working fix for this.
Maybe I should try other games to see if it's doing the same thing or not.
EDIT : 399.24 doesn't work with RTX cards unfortunately. I can go as far as 441.87 but not beyond that it seems :/Attached Files:

Try replacing the memory module thermal pads- I'd try that and then also try to underclock memory in order to see if it helps. -
Meaker@Sager Company Representative
Have you tried some older drivers?
-
Yes I have, but I can't install anything older than 441.87. And even then it still crashes.. I've tried 399.24 but it doesn't support RTX cards.
I've had a glimmer of hope today, I was able to play the game pratically all afternoon without crashing once so I thought this driver fixed it, but I've been playing again tonight and it's just crashing randomly every 20-30 minutes, sometimes even less. It's either a black screen with the game "not responding" in the task manager or the usual crash to desktop. It is extremely frustrating and I don't know what to do about it. My vendor PC Specialist just replies with generic answers so I'm not too happy about that. -

Does event viewer give any more info?
-
I've compiled every nvlddmkm error into one single screenshot, but it's basically the same three coming back over and over again.
With Dishonored 2, the problem didn't come back after disabling HBAO+ and undervolting the GPU a bit more.
I'm currently playing Death Stranding and I'm not having any crash to desktop issues, just some sort of DLSS error from time to time that forces me to close the game (so there is always something haha...).
The screenshot came from Reddit since I forgot to screenshot it myself but it's the same exact error. Again, a lot of people seem to be facing this one.Attached Files:

Try using DDU to remove the current Nvidia driver, and install the latest one.

Or a clean install after taking an image backup.

hello got a 750tm1-G with an i9 9900k and no gpu , wondering if i can install a rtx 2080 super ?? i was looking at the pictures and its identical to the rtx 2080 , anyone has tried this??

Not worth investing in it unless you can do the swap cheap.

the laptop came with the turing heatsink and some one is selling me the rtx 2080 super for 1000$ thet would be a good deal or should i get the regular 2080?? -

Depends on the price, where is the 2080 super from?

as far as i know is from an X170sm-g -
You should be getting similar performance from either card, since thermals will be your limiting factor.

I would not bother. $1000 for 10 to 15 more FPS in certain games aint worth it..IMHO.panamaniacs2011 likes this.

ok understood , but appart from the low gap between the two , 750tm1 can handle the super variant?? if yes is plug and play or do i need to mod bios / vbios / drivers? -
Meaker@Sager Company Representative
So long as all the plugs are the same it should work, just without much difference.

Hello,
I'm new to this forums. I'm writing to get help. I have a P750TM1-G. I7-8700 GTX1070. I recently bought a RTX 2070 with a new heatsink. I installed but allí I get Is a black screen. I tried these:
Flashed BIOS AND VBIOS. End up with the 1.07.28 unlocked versión.
DDU old drivers, installed originals from Eurocom page.
And after I install the new GPU the laptop sounds AND the keyboards glows but still black screen.
I don't know what else to do. Can anybody help me? -
Meaker@Sager Company Representative
Which BIOS exactly?
