I'll be replacing my Notebook 9 soon.

not a single BIOS update for 2 years.

my Dell XPS 13 6th gen Intel (older gen) just got another BIOS update dated Jan 2019 for security issues and ME update.

the backlight on the keyboard went out while under warranty, but the process was extremely hard and the wait time was just too long to have it repaired.

when the Dell battery went out *out* of warranty, they sent a box in one day, I had it back in 3 days. not that I am a huge Dell fan, just think the update and support have been better.

not sure what I will get, prefer lightweight maybe 14" or 15" too bad no 2K panels really. was hoping better than 1080p, even 4:3 is nice.
