    Hi everyone,

By accident the tabs key on our Samsung X20 got broken. Do you have any advice on how to solve this?

Can you buy a single key and if so where? Or does it have to be a whole keyboard replacement? Thanks.

PS. I've tested with another similar key from the keyboard and it fits fine there, it's really just the key that has to be replaced.

I don't think you can buy spare keys (imagine the inventory logistics of stocking spares of each key in case anyone wants them).

It might be worth contacting Samsung service people to see if you can get a suitable scrap keyboard which has been changed because of some other problem. However, I expect they would prefer to sell you a complete new keyboard. We live in a climate of 'throw away' not 'repair'.
