    EDIT:
The title is wrong. When I say SF412 I mean QX412.

Hey guys, anyone knows when this two are coming out in the US? They both seem very good and they have the specs I'm looking for. Also, they both look better than the laptops I'm thinking about right now (Sony Vasio SB and Dell Vostro).

Anyone knows when they'll be available in the US?

    Fixed.

The only (almost) reliable indicator of impending arrival is when the products start getting listed by retailers. Another factor is whether there are still stocks of the preceding models - it makes commercial sense to clear out the old stock first.

The problem is that I need the new notebook before the start of August. I'd like to buy it in the next few days but I can afford to wait, but no laten than the end of july. If I can assume that the Qx412 will be out by then, ok, if not, I'm going wit h the Sony SB.

If you can wait a few weeks then do so. It appears, from another thread, that the QX412 may be arriving in Europe soon in which case supplies should reach other markets before too long.
