Hey everyone, i have a samsung np300e5c-a05uk, it suffered the "uefi brick" BUT i installed windows to go on an external hdd and doing f9 boots into it, so i go and use BiosUpdate.exe, it said i currently had p05rac and i can update to p07rac i went on to update but it says theres no battery or the power is lower than 30%, i dont have a battery anymore, so i tried winflash by flashing a modified bios p07rac, it lagged wen flashing then when i reboot it started boot looping, however i can still boot into windows which is in my external hdd, any help would be appriceated.
Thanks

Looks like it's maybe an AMI bios, I'd look into flashing via the intel FPT tool you can find on forums.
One example is here:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/how-to-downgrade-your-bios-firmware-using-fpt-freedos.239592/
I think there is a chance FPT may not care if you have a battery or not.
Before you flash anything with FPT, make sure you take a dump of the current bios via FPT as a backup. Read up on bios recovery via spi and flashrom here just in case it goes wrong:

It's an Intel tool, unsure if compatible with Phoenix bios but worth a try. See if the tool can dump the current bios.

Please see my reply in the UEFI unbricking thread where you also posted.

We don't allow (and don't like) cross posting on NBR, but you have two problems: One is solving the NVRAM corruption. The other is updating your BIOS when you have no battery.
Yes, if you manage to update the BIOS, it will also clear NVRAM, but you can also clear it without updating, as described in the other thread.
Just keep this thread on the issue of updating the BIOS.
More advice on force flashing the BIOS can be found in the BIOS rollback thread:
