What do you guys think? I like the X50 because it has a fingerprint scanner, but wanted to know from you guys.

    Thanks! :)

First to say, I do not have either notebook but I have been eyeing the q35 and will probably get one later this year.

The biggest difference is of course that the Q35 has a 12" screen while the x50 has a 15.4" screen. This makes it very hard to compare because they are not really the same animal at all.
I will go for the q35 because I value the portability, if this (and battery life) is less important then the x50 has a nice bigger screen.

From experience with fingerprint scanners they are a nice gimmic but you always want to set a password anyway just incase something happens to your finger. I would not buy a computer just because it had a scanner. If it came with one then thats just a bonus.

As always, this is just my opinion
