    Following is a Samsung FAQ with links, which I gathered back in the heydays of this Samsung forum, and used to answer questions. I just came across it now and decided to post it in its entirety, for reference and posterity.

    I hope it can help owners of older Samsung laptops find solutions. It mostly relates to models from 2011-2014 and to Windows 7, 8, and 8.1. Much of it is still relevant to Windows 10, though.

    I am leaving it as a sticky, and unlocked for now. But I am not able to elaborate (much) on any of the topics or the linked posts. Neither do I plan to update or expand it. It's just too long ago, and I no longer remember most of these topics in any detail.
