Does the Intel GMA 4500MHD just not support audio over the HDMI cable?

I've tried downloading the newest drivers for this, and also the Realtek HD drivers, but still cannot figure out how to add an HDMI output to the "sound devices." Actually, the only sound device I have is "speakers." Anyone figure this one out?

You need to reboot your machine if you plug in the HDMI cable while its on or plug in the hdmi then start your laptop. The audio for the HDMI cable is only sensed and available from a full restart.
