Hi, i googled and i removed Testtilstand and Vurderingsversion.

You need to set you as owner, than rename your user32.dll.mui, replace it with mine, and reboot....

And ask me if its fixed....

    http://uploaded.to/?id=psr723

    Cheers :)

PS: I forgot one thing... if you have Vista X32, you don't need to sign the drivers....
So you don't need to go in the testmode....

If you would have the testmode, use my fix above....
    And if not:
Start CMD (Commandline) with admin rights and put this in:
    bcdedit.exe /store %SystemDrive%\Boot\BCD /set testsigning No
    press enter and reboot....

You don't need the testmode on X32 Vista, you need only on X64...

    Cheers :)

    Thanks for the info...

I can confirm this will not work on the Z series as the TCS4C (USB\Vid_147e&Pid_1000&Rev_0033) is not currently supported :(

    Hi all,

I've recently been doing numerous reformats on my VAIO CR with Windows 7, just experimenting and trying out updated versions of Sony Shared Library, VAIO Event Services, Settings Utility Service, etc. (which come from newer models), to see if they all work nicely together on my computer.

Example: I downloaded the most recent version I could find of the Sony Shared Library (ver. 5.3) for a certain model and installed it on my computer that originally came with a much older version (ver.4.0).

With each model across the VAIO line, there are newer and updated versions of the above softwares available for download. Can someone shed some light regarding using newer versions of the commonly shared software (ie. Sony Shared Library, VAIO Event Service) originally designed for one model, but using it for a completely different model?

    Hope this was clear.

I tried to install a newer version of Vaio Power Management, but then it uninstalled my old revision, wiped out my settings, and didn't install the newer one. I sorta gave up. Hopefully someone else here can comment. I did install a newer version of Shared Library, but then I restored the entire computer from a backup because I felt it messed things up a bit more than normal.

Here you can download the latest Audio Driver for the Z. It is the Realtek HD Audio Codec:

    CLick

BTW: This topic should be a sticky one.

No, it shouldn't. As I can't see, there hasn't been any update for a long time. And drivers/softwares of one model can't be applied to others.
