    So.. are you guys saying the old SZ was lighter than 4 pounds and slimmer than an inch?? I always thought it was a bit bigger than that for some reason..

    Looking into a light, slim 12-14" WS now and this sounds like it could be a good option if the price isnt ridiculous and a couple other things.

    Does the sz680 have carbon fiber also?

    It does, but it doesn't show the carbon fiber weive on the lid like the SZ690.
