Oh my gosh, DHL Delivered the package and the TZ is the nicest thing i've ever seen, except for my ex-girlfriend.

My package was held by customs for 4 days, because PriceJapan putted 88.000 US Dollars on the package :D

But anyway problem solved and I'm very glad my baby is here.

The TZ is very fast even with al the bloatware, but maybe it is because it's a Japan TZ version ( maybe less bloatware??)

Now I'm installing windows vista english. Jooohooo :D

Oh thanks for all the people in this forum for all the information about TZ and Install guides, good job.

    Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeha !

Finally got mine (shipped by EMS on 11/24, arrived in Paris on 11/26) : no import duties at all (would it have shipped through UPS or DHL, they would have taken care of the USD 750 and billed it to me !).

Overall I'm very satisfied with PJ services, they were very responsive through the whole process, although it got a bit lengthy (Sony's fault ?)

Now I shall let you know how PJ handles warranty issues: I just noticed one dead pixel, near the center of the screen.

Does anybody know of Sony's policy in Japan ?
I hope it's closer to zero-pixel than in the US

I got mine today (TZ130N/B), and I am removing all trial software now. It's indeed a beauty. CostCentral.com did a great job both price-wise(less than USD$1,700) and deivery (ordered on 26th night, and shipped out on 28th, and arrived today on 30th).

The only mistake I made is order 1GB RAM instead of 2GB since I thought there were two slots for memory upgrade. Duh-! Now I have to order one 2GB somewhere else, and return the one I bought, also, I'll have an extra SONY original memory module.

Removed many software, but still running quite slow even with 2GB Memory Stick Duo for Readyboost with Vista. So, decided to downgrade to XP, and it is indeed more efficient. But there is an AML (AV Mode Launcher) error pops up everytime I boot up Windows XP. The Instant Mode is functioning though.

    um... u sure?

I have a TZ150 (1.06Ghz 4200rpm HHD) with 2GB RAM and 4GB ReadyBoost on Vista Business. It take 48 sec to boot into desktop and only 1:06 sec to finish loading all the startup softwares (anti virus, bluetooth stack, WiSmart connect, VAIO power managment etc).
