    Why do YOU hate Vista

    you gotta be kidding me, am I the only person who is unable to run half my stuff on vista.... I have a good laptop

    Nvidia 8600 256
    2Gigs of ram
    2.0 duo processor
    120GiG HDD
    And I have problems running half my stuff with Vista, I play a Lot of MMORPG games, Games like Final Fantasy XI and Phantasy Star Universe, and Sword of the new world have horrible problems on vista, I cant run FFXI on my laptop above 6fps on vista yet my desktop with windows xp and only 512 ram with 128 Graphics card (Cant remember which) Runs it flawlessly and at high resolution as well! Maybe its just a few games, but Its kinda unlucky that I happen to play the few games that mess up on it...

    I've had no such problems. Some thoughts...

    - Update your Video Card Driver
    -Make sure latest patches are installed
    -See if there is a Vista patch
    -Run the game/program in XP SP2 compatibility mode
    -Run as administrator
