What? It shouldn't be a success because most components are removed from this custom ISO.
Quickly do a reboot twice and use ccleaner to clean it once and apply the offline update.

Try this, in an elevated command prompt type:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    Then when it's done

    type:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I tried the above commands suggested by Phoenix but still seem stuck without updates.
This is what I see when I check for updates:

    2017-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1703 for x64-based Systems (KB4032188)

It seems to download but when it tries to apply the download I see this:

Thank you a lot for all your hard work until now @Phoenix . I'm just downloading latest version from majorgeeks. I'd like to ask you if it would be possible to make a x86 version for older computers, please... I think many users would welcome this one as well...
Thank you a lot and keep up the good work!!

Copy the Samsung NVMe driver to a folder on your USB installation drive and point the installer to it when you first start setup like you would if installing on a RAID array.

are you in AHCI or RAID mode in your BIOS? Make sure you're in AHCI if you are not installing on a RAID Array

    1) Open Computer from the File Explorer
    2) Right click on the downloads folder in the top icons, go to properties, then location then choose restore defaults

now see if it went back to C:\Users\your username\downloads

if it did, then now move it again to the proper location

if it didn't, create a new account, login to that, delete this account, then create your account again with the same name, then delete the temp new one you created

Its just that when I downloaded V5.3 before there was still a small update that needed updating. I guess I was abit late on updating OS when I downloaded V5.3 before. Anyways thanks alot.

Those two files brings your Win 10 to latest version and doesn't remove telemetry.

I am currently on Microsoft Windows 10 Redstone 3 Insider Preview that just came out about a week ago, its basically the full version of it, just a few minor bugs. I turned off all extra settings one by one, and just clicked apply all in SHUTUP10 app. lol

The SHUTUP10 app works really, everything is great for me, 0 issues, don't think I will ever turn on windows update again, may just keep this is my main OS build for next year. I already have all the visual studios and .net frameowrk 3.5 installed and updated... really love the new Fluent UI.... very sleek and sexy. Everything is very snappy unlike the original Creators Update.
