[Update May 20, 2020]: It looks like Microsoft has updated all Intel Microcode updates. For Windows 10 1909 it is now displayed as windows10.0-kb4497165-v4. Changes on the support page don't seem to exist yet.

I haven't updated myself in a long while. Am I right that I should still hold off "upgrading" into 1909? That's the only thing I have on Windows Update.

Microsoft released the KB4559004 non-security preview cumulative update with a fix for an issue that caused Windows 10 computers with wireless wide area network (WWAN) LTE modems to lose Internet connectivity after installing the May KB4556799 update.
The Windows 10 1903/1909 KB4556799 cumulative update was released on May 12th and it led to some Windows 10 devices using WWAN LTE modems not being able to connect to the Internet although the Network Connectivity Status Indicator (NCSI) showed an "Internet access" status.

[ English ] Microsoft has released August 31 and September 1, 2020 one more swing to microcode updates for Windows 10 version 1803-2004 (but are probably old updates). Here is some information about these updates....

KB4574727 + KB4576751 as SSU [manual download] Windows 10 1903/1909
Windows 10 1903 and 1909 received the September patch as a security update today, along with the other versions. KB4574727 increases the version number to Windows 10 1909 18363.1082 or Windows 10 1903 18362.1082. The important SSU ( Servicing Stack Update ) has also been updated with KB4576751
Remember the servicing stack update must be installed first.
