Can I ask, can someone please post a link to the current debloated version of this for 1903?
I had installed this and it was perfect. Now Windows update has decided to install 1903 all on its own and it is running so slow and sluggish. I am going to need to reformat and reinstall Windows again fresh it seems to get this speed back and get rid of all these bloated gunk but I cannot seem to see this version of the debloated W10 for 1903 anywhere. -
Install fresh 1903 via usb using MS Media Creation Tool. (do not connect to internet during install. unplug ethernet if applicable.) (follow Ultra Male install guide)
after install run Windows10Debloater. (download zip and run the GUI file ) It's awesome.
reboot, etc..
run O&O Shutup10 (free)
Install graphic card / specific drivers you need. (download those beforehand and have them ready on USB.
bulk install common apps using Ninite.
Tweak Win10 using Ultra Male tweaks.
Consider other anti-telemetry methods as discussed in this forum.Spartan@HIDevolution, 0lok and Papusan like this. -

With all the bugs and holes, it really surprises me that enterprising bad people don't take more advantage to cause grave or catastrophic harm. Windows is pervasive across society, across the planet. Might be better off if a company like RobCo sold computers.

The most important issue that has been fixed is a temporary problem with the Print Spooler service that may cause print jobs to fail. Another problem which was fixed:
- Fixes an issue that could cause an error when installing Features On Demand (FOD), such as: B. .Net 3.5. The error is: "The changes could not be completed. Please restart your computer and try again. Error code: 0x800f0950. "
- Certain actions, such as For example, renaming files or folders that reside on a Cluster Shared Volume (CSV) may fail with a "STATUS_BAD_IMPERSONATION_LEVEL (0xC00000A5)" error. This occurs when you perform the action on a CSV owner node from a process that has no administrator rights. As a workaround: Perform the action as an administrator.
- After installing KB4493509, devices with some installed Asian language packs might receive the error "0x800f0982 - PSFX_E_MATCHING_COMPONENT_NOT_FOUND". As a workaround: Uninstall and install all recently added language packs. For instructions, see Managing the Input and Display Language Settings in Windows 10.
- We're investigating reports that a small number of devices can boot up to a black screen the first time they log in after installing updates. Workaround: Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and then restart
- After installing this update, Windows Mixed Reality Portal users may temporarily receive a "15-5" error code. In some cases, the Windows Mixed Reality Portal reports that the headset is idle, and pressing "Wake Up" may cause no action to be taken.
- Workaround:
- Close the Windows Mixed Reality Portal when it is running.
- Open Task Manager by selecting the Start button and typing "Task Manager."
- In Task Manager, on the Processes tab, right-click Windows Explorer and select Restart.
- Open the Windows Mixed Reality Portal.

CU (Cumulative Update) 17763.832 - KB4520062
windows10.0-kb4520062-x64.msu
The improvements and fixes listing is so long and Disgusting that I had to put it in the spoilerThe 1809 KB lists almost 50 patches. And the latest and greatest <1903 + 1909> is build on top of this awesome awful mess.
Just a taste from mentioned halfway fixes... Prevents the appearance of blank tiles in the Start menu when you upgrade to Windows 10, version 1809 from any previous version of Windows 10. These blank tiles have names such as “ms-resource:AppName” or "ms-resource:appDisplayName". However, <if you have already upgraded to Windows 10, version 1809>, installing this update will not remove existing blank tiles.
The highlights:
- Prevents empty tiles from appearing in the Start menu when you upgrade to Windows 10, version 1809, from an earlier version of Windows 10. However, if you have already upgraded to Windows 10, version 1809, installing this update will not remove existing blank tiles.
- Updated an issue that causes power consumption for a device in connected standby mode to be high.
- Resolves an issue that may cause a black screen during startup during the first logon after installing an update.
- It fixes a problem with Bluetooth that occurs when using certain audio profiles over a long period of time.
- Corrects a problem that prevents users from opening the print dialog in Internet Explorer to print a Web page.
- Fixes an issue where app settings will stop working when you change a theme.
- Corrects an issue that could prevent the selection of a scrollbar in Internet Explorer.
- The complete list support.microsoft

This non-security update includes quality improvements. Key changes include:
- Prevents the appearance of blank tiles in the Start menu when you upgrade to Windows 10, version 1809 from any previous version of Windows 10. These blank tiles have names such as “ms-resource:AppName” or "ms-resource:appDisplayName". However, if you have already upgraded to Windows 10, version 1809, installing this update will not remove existing blank tiles.
- Addresses an issue that causes the power consumption for a device in Connected Standby mode to be high.
- Addresses an issue that prevents users from reconnecting or signing in to Windows Virtual Desktops because of orphaned database handles from a previous user session.
- Updates time zone information for Norfolk Island, Australia.
- Updates time zone information for the Fiji Islands.
- Addresses an issue that fails to index Microsoft Outlook items properly, which causes incomplete results in the search query on Windows Virtual Desktops.
- Addresses an issue that causes Windows Machine Learning (WinML) to throw an unhandled exception when a graphics driver times out.
- Addresses an issue that might prevent a scroll bar from being selected when an ActiveX control implements the CScrollView class. This occurs if you move the Internet Explorer window, which then moves the scroll bar to the left.
- Improves an access control list (ACL) check for Known Folders to prevent a black screen that appears the first time a user signs in after installing a feature or quality update.
- Addresses an issue that causes Microsoft SharePoint file names to appear incorrectly in the Quick access and Recent items folders.
- Addresses an issue with Bluetooth that occurs when using certain audio profiles for extended periods.
- Addresses an issue that causes a query request of the Win32_LogonSession class for the StartTime to display the value of the epoch (for example, 1-1-1601 1:00:00) instead of the actual logon time.
- Addresses an issue with diagnostic data processing when a device has the Diagnostic data setting enabled and set to Basic.
- Addresses an issue with evaluating the compatibility status of the Windows ecosystem to help ensure application and device compatibility for all updates to Windows.
- Addresses an issue that prevents netdom.exe from displaying the new ticket-granting ticket (TGT) delegation bit for the display or query mode.
- Addresses an issue in which Microsoft AppLocker might prevent an application from running or log a false positive error instead of running the application.
- Addresses an issue that causes the Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC) policy to become too restrictive when you enable the WDAC Group Policy setting for Script Enforcement or Constrained Language Mode.
- Addresses an issue that fails to include the full file hash as part of the Event Log entry during auditing events for WDAC.
- Addresses an issue that may cause high CPU usage when many windows are open and Background Application Manager runs a periodic background scan. Additionally, the desktop may become unresponsive. To turn off this scan, set the following registry key:
Name: DisableWindowHinting
Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 1
- Addresses an issue that causes applications that utilize change notifications on named pipes to have a kernel mode memory leak of input and output (I/O) Request Packet (IRP) objects.
- Addresses an issue that prevents users from opening the print dialog in Internet Explorer to print a webpage.
- Adds support to allow removable drives and assigned access restrictions.

- Addresses an issue with applications and scripts that call the NetQueryDisplayInformation API or the WinNT provider equivalent. They may fail to return results after the first page of data, often 50 or 100 entries. When requesting additional pages, you may receive the error, “1359: an internal error occurred.”
- Addresses an issue that prevents Computer objects from being added to local groups using the Group Policy Preference “Local Users and Groups”. The Group Policy Editor returns the error message, “The object selected does not match the type of destination source. Select again.”
- Addresses an issue with a race condition between the volume mount process (within fileinfo.sys) and the deregistration of filter notifications that causes the operating system to stop working on certain virtual machines. The error code is “0x7E.”
- Addresses an issue in which an Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) certificate is renewed and published by default each year. However, the client does not use them, which results in an authentication error.
- Addresses an issue in which files that are stored in a Cluster Shared Volume (CSV) with an alternate data stream are still present after you try to delete them. You may also receive an "access is denied" message on the next try to access or delete the files.
- Addresses an issue that may cause error 0x50 to occur when a backup operation is being performed.
Known issues with the KB4520062
- Certain actions, such as For example, renaming files or folders that reside on a Cluster Shared Volume (CSV) may fail with a "STATUS_BAD_IMPERSONATION_LEVEL (0xC00000A5)" error. This occurs when you perform the action on a CSV owner node from a process that has no administrator rights. Workaround: Perform action with admin rights.
- After installing KB4493509, devices with some installed Asian language packs might receive the error "0x800f0982 - PSFX_E_MATCHING_COMPONENT_NOT_FOUND". Workaround: Uninstall language pack and then install the update
- After installing this update, Windows Mixed Reality Portal users may temporarily receive a "15-5" error code. In some cases, the Windows Mixed Reality Portal reports that the headset is idle, and pressing "Wake Up" may cause no action to be taken. Workaround: To fix the problem, perform the following steps:
- Close the Windows Mixed Reality Portal when it is running.
-Open Task Manager by selecting the Start button and typing "Task Manager". - In Task Manager, on the Processes tab, right-click Windows Explorer and select Restart.

.NET Framework Updates 13.11.2019 for Windows 10
Microsoft provided new .NET Framework updates for download for all versions of Windows yesterday. These all fix a bug that was listed in the known issue with the October 24th update (October 15th).
Common Language Runtime (CLR): Fixes a problem where ClickOnce applications and applications that create the default AppDomain with limited privileges experienced application startup, application runtime, or unexpected behavior failures.
The observable problem was that System.AppDomainSetup.TargetFrameworkName was null, which caused problems that allowed the .NET Framework 4.0 behavior to be restored.

It's a reason Redmond Retards didn't bake it in the main Cumulative Update. I'm sure they knew something would be screwed up and the risk was too big.
Edit... Bugs being posted here as well Windows 10 News and Announcements... Because many of the flawed patches we see each month is equal for all Win 10 versions.Last edited: Feb 15, 2020Vasudev, Donald@Paladin44 and 6730b like this. -

- Addresses an issue that causes queries against large keys on Ntds.dit to fail with the error, “MAPI_E_NOT_ENOUGH_RESOURCES.” This issue might cause users to see limited meeting room availability because the Exchange Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) cannot allocate additional memory for the meeting requests.
- Addresses an issue that intermittently generates Online Certificate Status Protocol (OSCP) Responder audit events (5125) to indicate that a request was submitted to the OCSP Responder Service.
